Yes I agree, the circumcisions done in Filipino villages are ugly. A lot of them leave a piece of skin behind their dicks, I dunno why. South Korean circumcisions are much nicer looking and also those done in Singapore also okay. Personally, I chose a Malay doctor to circumcise me cos he would have lotsa experience with circumcisions and he did quite a good job!

It's the same if you visit a public bath in South Korea. The men there all have full pubic bushes. One noticeable difference from Japan though, most South Korean men are circumcised.
