Many thanks for this.  I know of Burt Bacharach, but I did not know he wrote so many songs I am familiar with, and I was not aware of his many accolades.

Is his handsome Eurasian son , Karl Ng , one of us too ?

I've often wondered that myself. 🤔

This magazine cover of him below is from the early 2000s:

I looked up his instagram a few days ago to see how he looks like now.

Sad to say, he looks very different now. The guy didn't age well.

Still, he will always be one of my first man-crushes as a young adult!

I used to watch the TV series "Petrocelli."

In it, Barry Newman acted as a lawyer helping solving his clients' cases - at least, that's what I remembered of that show.

I seem to recall the character Petrocelli building his house himself.

And I've been listening to this song with her inside over the past few days, and I thought it was the best version of the song ever.

Now, she really 海阔天空 already.

Society view... I think she is pressured to live a life for others perceived image... Unlike Madonna.. or some other ladies who can do what they want whatever they wish... Coco lee as traditional is taught and nurtured somehow on traditional morals... Limited to applicable sexual partners and family views and options..

Sadden to see that the inner demons robbed her of happiness.. one can only wish that she can find peace finally.. she leaves behind amazing music and her amazing determination to fight through her foot difficulties etc.

Depression is a real threat to many out there and wishing everyone struggling out there, the strength and hope to move out of darkness..

Depression should not take your life, unless you allows demon to take control.
