For those who are so blissfully ignorant, you can go visit him in jail and have fun with him there.

That there are many hot daddies should not be surprising.

And lesser, there are also hot GRANDPAS,  surprising but realistic as we learn to take better care of our bodies.  :)

Singapore very hard to find. Even the unmarried straight guys don't maintain their bods, let alone those real straight daddies. 99.99% got huge tummy, or super skinny skeletal bods. However, my friend who's a fireman, after 3 kids, still look hot hot hot. 6pax dark skin and huge chest. Don't mention the legs

This is to be expected from straights that when they get older and have a woman to fuck they don't care anymore for their attractiveness.

But what about our fellow gays?  Don't they go to gyms and try hard to become hunks?  Shouldn't they keep maintaining their big muscles?  It is SO IMPORTANT for old people to retain strong legs!

I like philosophical questions!

A hot gay daddy is a man that is not effeminate and is responsible,  having a decent income and caring for his physical appearance.  No belly, no long hair, no ponytail, not full of facial hair, not tattooed, wearing good quality casual clothes but nothing extravagant.  He is self-confident and good natured.

Perhaps the same qualities help define a hot grandpa.  :)

A great/hot bod, and will always look after his family/kids - pretty much a person with good character who is a responsible and caring guy.

I like this hot daddy, haha.

Yes. That's his daughter, saw him before in Malaysia with his girl

His name is Jordon Yeoh and only 34 yo. He is still young, lah and let's see 10 years down the road if he can maintain that physique.

How to be a hot daddy when you're in your late 40s into 50s and so on......

  1. Invest in quality food. A lot of cheap food in hawker centres, fast food, eating houses, etc, etc are high in carbs, high in fat (esp. saturated fat), low in quality protein, vegetables, fruits and fibre. Nowadays you may subscribe to food plan sold by companies, but I find it too expensive. The best is to cook my own food by tweaking traditional recipes into healthier ones. Why? Because I want this to be my lifestyle and not a short-term diet plan. I can't live just on chicken breast and broccoli.

  2. Do quality exercises that incorporate strength training & cardio at least 3x a week. Don't just run and run and run only. Get a profession personal trainer to learn the various methods of exercises.

  3. Invest in quality sleep. Early to bed and early to rise.

  4. Supplements? Do a proper research before investing in one. Multivitamins, fish oil, garlic, etc. are the usual mainstay. Collagen seems promising for your skin and joints. Read up!

All these take time and are not short-term solution. We grow old, but we wanna grow old gracefully. No point being a millionaire and yet a paunchy and ill geriatric.

Very good proposal.

All these take time, but we are all gifted with 24 hours each day to do what we want to invest time in doing.  To sleep enough and eat enough take time, and are very important.  But will eating healthy take more time than eating cheap food?   If so, we can find faster ways to prepare healthy food and if there is still a difference, it is very worth while.

To exercise efficiently takes time,  but it is a good time investment to learn to do it in the best, most effective way, not necessarily with personal trainers but by reading and researching the vast literature about it.  In the time spent running, running, running, very good strength exercises can be done.

Supplementation is also a field where research pays off, the same as willingness to change, evolve in our selection of supplements.  Choosing not too many, but those who have good scientific backing.

So,  all these take time,  but time is what we get with life.  Things get much easier by forming HABITS.  What requires some compulsion and force of will initially, can become an easy routine that we will even miss when it is interrupted.    And so, with the passage of time, we become seniors before ever thinking that anything has changed in us.

Don't worry, if you start early it will pay off along the way because your body will benefit as you practise your habits. Benefits may be seen as early as a year time.

You are right.  There are short term and long benefits.  The short benefits come in one to several years.  The long term benefits we enjoy when we are seniors, in the fact that we don't change.  We preserve our strength,  our functionality, our physical and mental capacity.  And with a preserved muscular strength we can even improve in other areas. In the last seven years while practicing a martial art I have improved in flexibility, posture, while some early onset of old folk arthritis has completely disappeared.
