Must be higher management fault to continue to groom despite that his acting no improvement at all after decade in mdc. If his acting cmi, higher management should not placed him in A category actor and give him so many exposure as a lead in drama. Should not renew his contract with mdc due to poor performance. The reason why Elvin continues to get leading roles is because despite his limited talent, he is one of MDC's most popular male artistes and throughout his career, he has managed to retain his popularity. There are plenty of stars like Elvin who cannot act but manage to get leading roles because they are popular like Zac Effron, Justin Timberlake, Adam Sandler and Nicolas Cage. I mean, the highest paid Hollywood actor is Dwayne Johnson and his acting is mediocre. Producers will cast actors if they think the actors can help bring in an audience.
