Yes, China doesn’t recognise Tsai Ing-Wen as President of Taiwan because Taiwan is part of China and China only has 1 President, not 2.

If so,  Nancy has let it known that the US does not recognize Xi's point of view.   In response to the reaction of Xi,  the US is strengthening its presence in the Sea of China,  and continue building alliances with other nations in the region.  So what will Xi do?  The US is still the strongest military power in the world today.

Yes, that's correct.  And the problem is that - Xi answered your question of "what will Xi do" - he did a military exercise, and he rolled out a bunch of sanctions both against Taiwan, against the US, and against Pelosi and her immediate family members.

Military exercises are not as healthy as our exercises in gyms,  but they are not too dangerous either.  Instead, they are simply symbolic.  When nations will not attack,  they do "military exercises".

I hope you learn your history properly... North Korea (with the support of PRC and USSR) was the one who attacked the South. To say that they then chased the US out of the North Korean border is a bit misleading, since the South Koreans and US had to first repel the attacks of the North and Chinese.
