If you’re using public shower facilities, please be mindful of your surroundings. Don’t become so immersed that you lose awareness of people coming in and out. Not everyone is there for the same reasons, and many are simply there to shower and leave. Please don’t loiter unnecessarily. Hanging around for extended periods can make other users uncomfortable and may attract unwanted attention or suspicion. Most importantly, don’t assume someone is interested. A little eye contact or some form of mutual acknowledgement goes a long way. Walking straight up to someone, especially someone who may not be interested at all or is straight, is never a good idea. Learn to accept rejection gracefully. If someone isn’t interested, move on respectfully. There’s no need to linger, create tension, or seek “revenge.” One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. And reporting someone to management or the police simply because you were rejected is poor form and unfair to everyone involved. Please clean up after yourself. Leaving a mess behind for others is inconsiderate and reflects badly on everyone who uses the facility. Basic courtesy goes a long way. Resist the urge to publicly share or advertise specific spots. Increased attention often leads to unwanted attention, restrictions, or even closure. Sometimes, keeping things low-key is the best way to preserve them. But there were two guys openly cruising while a lot of kids on holidays were outside playing football. Also there were two policemen patrolling directly outside the showers. 1 was on his motorcycle. The other roaming. please be mindful if you’re going to “cruise” especially when you might expose children to sexual acts. Inside the shower room, there is a small poster telling users to use their phones and relax OUTSIDE of the shower room. No mobile browsing ia allowed inside the shower area. I was there to shower this morning after my run. Peaceful and no one was around. No pressure and not annoyance. 🤗 After I finished my showered and wore my shorts, someone came in but he used the cubicle.
