I’m not the expert ( looking at you @MT0601 😅 ) but I don’t think Msian cruisers have a better-than-you outlook. These signals usually start with establishing eye contact for a while - the "I peek at you, you peek at me" kind - and when there's a common understanding, a display of the flesh follows after (e.g. showing the dick if it's the changing room or the steam room) to see if the other guy's interested.

Yes, I know this is a possibility but definitely not for this particular case haha. I think the guy himself is not well versed in the art of cruising because he didn't attempt to close the gap or slow down to make sure I can catch up.
