If you cannot use contact lenses and need your glasses, you need your glasses, that's it. 

 

I have seen people wear glasses into the dry sauna.  I would not recommend it, because I do not know what the heat can do the the frame and the lenses.  Some people find a place to put their glasses before going in.

If you are entering the steam room, you will not be able to see with the glasses - well, you can't see much even if you have good eyesight, so you might as well just keep the glasses somewhere safe - one some ledge or whatever.

 

If you happen to meet up with someone, and choose to spend some private time in a cubicle, you may want to take them off in the cubicle and put it in a corner.
