If you want an Onsen experience, I would recommend San Onsen at KSL Hotel in Klang.  Some men tend to do it the authentic way - naked - while the more conservative ones soak in the onsen wearing disposable boxers.  It is also cheaper than Billion.

Billion tend not to have naked patrons, and has a lot more bells and whistles, providing food etc.  If you have a lot of time to kill, Billion would have more to offer.  The price is higher, of course.

So far, the incident of white discharge oozing out from my penis while I finger my rectum had occured about 4 times between the 5th and the 8th day post exposure. Each time it happened, the volume was much lesser and thinner than the previous one. All of them involved no arousal and no pain. I did a urine test for STI on Day 14, so today (Day 18) the results come out as NOT DETECTED.

 

This result makes me perplexed on the white discharge I had earlier. I do some online research, and come across the term PROSTATORRHEA.

 

Is it a prostate disease? I'm still young by the way (age 35). Could my recent sexual exposure be the trigger? Or could it be I did the urine test too soon and the results shown are false negative, which means, I still could be diagnosed with gonorrhea/chlamydia?

 

Anyone with the same experience?

White discharge is RED FLAG...maybe infection...seek medical attention (not Google or asking forum members).

 

Early detection/intervention may make treatment easier and faster recovery..

 

(His saliva may carry something nasty... speculation)

As i mentioned, i already did a urine STI test on Day 14, the results are NEGATIVE.

No harm to do another screening... Include blood too

 

Some pathogens will only show up after "window period"

You should actually see if you can provide a sample of the discharge itself to your health care provider. Something they don't test for frequently but is on the rise is also Mycoplasma genitalium. It also sounds like could be a UTI, dick cheese if you're uncut and have a tight foreskin or you're cummings on yourself as it happens when you're fingering yourself.

Do a full STD test after 1 month of exposure. It hints to a STD.  Many STD are only detectable after 1 - 2 months. If you're lucky it is just a yeast or bacteria infection. Some STD can be transmitted by oral sex.

If you suddenly have strong fever or flu like symptoms go STD doctor again. 

 

The Urine test after just 14 days could have been too early. 

 

Most important don't get too worried, it only stresses you more. Most STD are curable. 

 

Try to get good rest at night.
