I came at 7:30pm and had to wait for almost an hour to get a locker. The wait wasn't so bad because the owner lets people wait inside in the changing room area while the numbers bring summoned. I lost my membership card though so thanks to how busy the sauna was during that night, the owner didn't bother asking to see the cards so I saved RM10.

I have question about the saunas. How the crowd? Age, ethinicity and just how are them? Any recommendation, new here :)

It really varies on the sauna.

 

Malaysia is a great multi-cultural country. Age-group group wise, it's always going to vary.

 

Mandi Manda from my experience is mostly Type C twinks/twunks/average, in 20's to 40's. But with that comes the extra pickiness and sass associated with this "genre".

Kaikiku is more Type C but also got Type M and I to a smaller ration - slightly older group - say 30's up.

PB Massage - Type C, much older crowd - 50+ at least.

 

I want to check out Otot2 - I have heard it's mostly fit Type M - but I could be wrong and happy to be corrected, and am excited to experience this myself.

 

I have also heard of Forest52, and one in Brickfields which mostly caters to Type I.

 

From your "Looking for", Mandi manda seems to be your vibe.

Some people actually went and claimed it is not open.

 

Update 31st October (Friday): The receptionist clarified they only open on Mondays if there happen to be Public Holidays.

Ah thanks, I was thinking of going and their packages seem reasonable. Maybe depends on the masseur? Also is sweat sauna still a good place to go recently for casual fun experience?
