GachiMuchi Posted January 20, 2015 Report Share Posted January 20, 2015 日本自衛隊虐兵照流出 官員：這是職場人際交流的一環 ▲▼日本自衛隊2014年間流出重口味虐兵照。（圖／翻攝自網路） 國際中心／綜合報導 日本自衛隊2014年間曾流出一組重口味虐兵照片，照片中，疑似自衛隊隊員的年輕男性全身赤裸，相互用繩子綁著對方的生殖器，還有老兵拿蠟燭往他們 的下體處滴蠟油，受虐士兵表情非常痛苦。一名現役海上自衛隊官員近日接受日媒訪問，證實自衛隊中確有霸凌，但他認為，「這都是職場中人際交流的環節之 一。」 根據《環球網》引述日本《Dmm-news》14日報導，海自官員池田芳雄（化名）坦承，他入伍4年以來，「在自衛隊曾有人專門等到同伴睡著時拿色 情書籍刺激對方，甚至還向其臉上噴射精液搞惡作劇，還有人喜歡用鞋敲醒那些熟睡的同伴然後飛快逃走，樂此不疲，其他還有故意藏起某人放在床上的工作服裝等 行為。自衛隊經常出現淩辱弱小的現象，那些遭受淩辱的人或許很痛苦，但對那些淩辱人的人來說，這是很有趣的青春時光的一部分。」「我在當少年自衛官的時 候，也參與了同伴間的淩辱行為。不過那些遭受淩辱的人多少也都有點問題，像是愛鑽牛角尖或不講衛生之類的。我覺得不管是哪兒的自衛隊都有這種現象吧。」 ▲▼日本自衛隊2014年間流出重口味虐兵照。（圖／翻攝自網路） 針對網路上流傳的虐兵照，池田芳雄指出，「自衛隊大概在20年前就徹底禁止了體罰，因此即使是淩辱也不會是參雜著暴力的。如果是暴力淩辱的話，受欺 負的一方很可能就報告上去了。因此作為替代的是，採用即使欺負了對方也沒法說出去的方式來淩辱他人。近年來日本自衛隊內的淩辱行為，多是否定人格性質的辱 駡，或是含有性方面內容的淩辱。」 池田芳雄還爆料，「2014年日本防衛大學爆出的淩辱事件中，就有用除菌噴霧噴灑他人陰毛然後點火的行為。要我說的話那還算輕的。自衛隊部隊裡的 話，燒過之後還要拿刀子剃掉呢，然後大家還要嘲笑那個人是『沒長毛的小學生』。不過這都還不算完呢。為了讓被淩辱的人不告密，欺負人的一方肯定會拍下可以 看出被淩辱者是誰的現場照片，並在同伴之間散播。更過分的是，有時還會強迫人『自願』為他人口交並全程錄影，而且一定要受欺負者面對鏡頭說『我自願為您口 交』。這樣即使欺淩行為曝光，也是很難處理的。」 池田芳雄表示，即使結束了少年自衛官生活，開始正式的部隊生活，淩辱現象還是會如影隨形，「那些看似懦弱的部下、上司甚至前輩都會成為大家淩辱的物 件。而大學畢業的女幹部也是淩辱的眾矢之的，大家會無視其指令，這樣一來最終被問罪還是她們。還有人是曾經被淩辱過，升官後就展開報復。」不過，對於這些 形形色色的淩辱行為的目的，池田芳雄卻一臉認真的說道，「這也是職場中人際交流的環節之一。」 近年來，日本自衛隊頻頻爆出淩辱醜聞。2004年10月，日本海上自衛隊「立風」號護衛艦上一名士兵因受虐待而自殺身亡。2014年5月初，日本防 衛大學一名大二學生因沒有遞交申請就回家探親，而被大學警告，負責指導他的大四學長夥同其他兩名學生開始對其進行「暴力教育」，導致他患上憂鬱症，無法正 常上課，此事甚至驚動了當時的日本防相小野寺五典。 據指出，2010年日本自衛官離職人數共計1.32萬人，其中提前離職者為5084名，也就是有三分之一都是提前離職的，其中因淩辱行為而不得不離 職的人似乎不在少數。對於頻發醜聞的日本自衛隊，有日本網友痛斥，「自衛隊真是垃圾部隊！這種垃圾部隊竟然還在消費我們繳納的稅款。」 ▲▼日本自衛隊2014年間流出重口味虐兵照。（圖／翻攝自網路） 原文網址: 日本自衛隊虐兵照流出 官員：這是職場人際交流的一環 | ETtoday國際新聞 | ETtoday 新聞雲 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20150115/451840.htm#ixzz3PLktKWNGFollow us: @ETtodaynet on Twitter | ETtoday on Facebook http://gachimuchi2008.blogspot.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
