True to a certain extent. On the other hand, Singapore has loads of new "heroes" of a different kind, they take photos or videos first, then report to the authorities or when uploaded, the authorities may take action. One can be charged as a "public nuisance" or "causing or disturbing public peace"... worst scenario, "indecent exposure".

Going bra-less but still covered up, doesn't fall into these categories, unless one is on a religious site or within the ground of a faith, whereby a complaint may be filed as disrespect. Normally, the person who goes bra-less and not appropriately dressed would be advised to leave.

Anyway, I wouldn't want to be an internet fame for the wrong reason or for my frolics.

There is this public nuisance that police can charge you if u refuse to cover yourself after warning. Also u can appear on stomp without realising.
