Guest Copy cat Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 So what if payday is monday but the fri is public hioliday...ie. good friday.willwe get pay on thurs? That s the problem with income creation because it s temporary. If u stop working , the income stops too. And if u don t have any income stream other than your job ,you re heading disaster.
Eddy Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 In my previous job, Giro payment would come on Sat Midnight... "Kinsey says everyone has homosexual tendencies in various degree. YOU'RE ALL GAY!!!" ~ from some kid I overheard in a KFC.
Guest Abang Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Yes it's roland again at penang nowNever depend on just pay day alone.Always leave some money aside for that emergencyIf you need more money to cover your expenditure, it may be wise tp do some part time work ....
azuchan Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 (edited) Since Monday is a weekday, your pay should be in your accounts on Monday. If it's on a Saturday or Sunday, usually it goes in on the weekday before that, which is Friday. If Friday is a public holiday, then it should be present on Thursday after midnight. With Giro everything is computerized, so it follows weekday/weekend on the 24hr clock system. And HR usually submits the forms to the banks at least 2 weeks in advance, So it's basically "on hold" till the actual pay day. Edited April 17, 2011 by azuchan
