Serangoon Dragon Boat Team is recruiting new members for upcoming races in Year 2013. The soonest race will be PA Paddles 2013. You are cordially invited to join us in the formation of a racing team. The recruitment session will be held on this Sunday @ Kallang Water Sports Venture from 1.30pm to 5.30pm. Trial stations: • 1.2km run • Max pull upNo worries, the above mentioned Stations will be for you to have a gauge of where your fitness level is, there won't be any grading or whatsoever by us. Most of the people already know one another; therefore being a stranger, I can only sit down and listen. if you are the outspoken type, you can blend in easily, but for people like me, it will take few more session before you get to know more friends. Though i cannot say i know everyone, but at least i am quite close with some and I went to small dinner groups and clubbing.if you are willing to step out you will have a chance to know more friends, but, if you choose not to step out you will have 0 chance to know anyone.
