Hi,

 

I try to recover password through your email or from website when I clicked the button "Recover Password"

 

I got error,

 

You did not pass the security check. Please try again.

 

I tried different browser with chrome or Mozilla, both same error as above and unable to recover password or reset. 

 

Pls help. Can email my email used in this account CleanFunNeed.

Just getting error when I submit sign up that I can't use that email address. Tried a different email and a non-gmail one but doesn't make any difference

I see im getting the didnt pass security check issue. U can try creating a new email if u got nothing else to try.

Created a Zoho mail address and still the same error. Notice as well as you can't use this email,I also get security error at the bottom of the form

@Admin @HendryTan @Bern @G_M @IkuTube there has been quite a lot of signing up as member but facing issue of security check, yet not much has been done. We know u guys r volunteers n not full time in bw, but this topic is 4 u all to address such issue rite. It is fine u all reply late, but totally no response to qns dated quite a while back, shldnt b e case la. Even if e outcome is cant b solve, at least we know lo.

hi mod, my qn is can bring back delete option in status update? cos sumtimes sum user post nonsense or wat, we can delete ourselves, no need report 2 trouble mods. or sumtime e url link post remove by originator or so, den we can also self delete, no need waste mods precious time. pls do let us have e delete option in status update, I'm sure other user will think similarly. thks thks

Just registered for my account using gmail.

 

Check your email userid, might have a banned word or something.

i can't seem to sign up successfully. i'm getting this error similar to a few of you who have encountered, "you are not allowed to use this email address on this site". i'm using a valid gmail address so i wonder why. could anyone advise?

Not sure why you'd quote me when I'm not obligated to provide help here but. I suppose you could try clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes stuff goes desync and a manual refresh helps. Or try using another browser, webpages may be incompatible with certain browsers.

 

If none of it works then provide a screenshot of the misalignment you faced, indicate the browser you're on and tag someone who actually manages the site.

Recently, half the time when I try to access BW website, I will receive an error ‘403 Forbidden’ error. Any advise is it my iPhone settings or the website has been frequently down?

What is the frequency of 'half the time'?  'Half the time' sounds often.

 

The last time the Forum had an issue was on 6 June -

 

We do not have 403 Forbidden issue often.

Hi Mod, thanks for the response. In terms of frequency, it is about 4-5 times a day, including this afternoon. Anyway, I just googled & it suggest for me to clear my history it off/on my phone.

Does this solve the 403 forbidden issue? I have been experiencing this on my starhub mobile network since last week..but i can access when im connected to my home wifi (starhub).  my m1 mobile network no problems accessing bw

By clearing my history & cookies do not help. I need to off & on my phone again which is very inconvenient.

Hi can someone help me? Im trying to reset password. So in the forgot password section, i typed in my email, and i will always tick/check the “I’m not a robot” checkbox before clicking the “recover password” button. 
 

however, it keeps saying “You did not pass security check. Please try again.”

I'm having the same issue too... which is odd. Coz as a guest, I have to complete a capcha. And it wotks fine here. But just doesn't work for reseting password

The solution to this Forbidden 403 is to reset your mobile data network on your phone and it will resolved the issue.

Hi there, I've been trying to create an account for the last 24 hours, but have not been able to receive a confirmation email. Have tried resending around 5 times throughout the day still nothing. Then I cancelled my registration and tried signing up with another email address, but same issue. Now I am locked out of the forum as both emails are not validated/registered, and I am having to send this message on a different browser 😣

 

Have also sent message via the "Contact Us" portal but have not received any replies. 

 

Can somebody help me? :(
