hi @Bern @HendryTan, I just created an account and am being locked out cos it says "You did not pass the security checks". Tried to reset password or contact site but it has the same error message. Pls help. My username is OrangeBowl  you can email to that email tied to this account. Pls help.

Hi @Bern @HendryTan @kalel, we understand that you guys have full time job. So do hope you can spare some time to help us with our difficulties in logging in when you guys are available, esp when we have just created our accounts and yet unable to access. Go to ACCOUNT SETTINGS (click on your user name located top right)

Choose SECURITY AND PRIVACY

There an option, REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

Hi admins, can I suggest that you reduce the number of pinned threads in the Traveller's Hut forum? Some haven't been posted in for quite a few years, and it's a long scroll to get to the unpinned threads.

The only one not moving since 2021 from the Pinned Traveller Hut threads seems Brunei. 🤣

 

What is more annoying in my view are all these duplicate threads in the Traveller Hut Forum starting after the Pinned topics...

 

Could be cleaned up to make it more user friendly.

 

But some Members may scroll through the threads in that section first instead of always creating same topic items...

 

Actually, I never understood those guys who don't make any effort to scroll back at threads and then repeatedly always ask the same question.

Hi admin, sorry to trouble u, but when I open BW website on my laptop Web browser, it loads a page showing blue lettering (that are clickable links) listed in bullet points with no graphics. But on my mobile phone, BW website looks fine (thats why i am still able to submit a help request to you here). I would like to upload a pic to show you the page that I am seeing, but I am not able to post a photo (don't know why). Can you advise on what I can do?

Our resource server was out of credits and we had to top it out.

Not sure if it has been asked here before, but how many bytes worth of pictures can we post here?

I am now left with 13kB  Would deleting past posted pics help increase my quota again?

GO to your profile , go my attachments , look at your photos which you posted. Maximum is 4.88mb of storage. SO delete the old and big pictures. You will free up your space there.

Hi, I requested deletion of account and clicked the link sent to my email to confirm it. It's been days, it still says in the settings that my account is pending deletion, how long does it take until it will be deleted? ive confirmed by clicking the link sent to my email.
