Popular Post abang
Never declare yourself to be one either unless under very dire conditions. What is the point to tell Mr X that you are gay too? Never expose anyone's identity unless it is mutually agreeable.Your colleague is your competitor (for promotion, training opportunities etc)I truly don't want to have a short relationship in the office.Think of all the repercussions that may follow. Just keep it at "I know and you know (secretly)" areef, samsara, Phil and 4 others

TamPenis
at my workplace, it used to be 10% of the staffs are GLBT, at 1 point of time. the percentage has reduced over the years. 2 years back, we had a new colleagues. I had strong feeling that he's an AJ. I dont have to pursue in asking as within a week, I spotted him in Grindr. that kills the suspense.. loland recently a new colleagues has joined us. very metrosexual in his dressing and the suspense is bulding. a month had passed, though. Butterscotch
I used to work in a company that does not discriminate, so there were a number of LGBT colleagues, both gays and lesbians. Already left that company, and now working somewhere else that is so boring visually lol. There is a cute intern next door but I can't tell. My gaydar is pretty wonky in the most extreme sense. weeean
TheVisitors
Firstly, be aware your environment before you even think of zooming in. This is not Grindr, Sauna, your neighbourhood or a clubbing scene. This is a workplace where the rules are very different from the formers Just because he is gay, this does not mean he is on your side. He is a colleague, which can seen as your competitor In a working world, it is best not to exposed too much of your personal life What they know might even be at your disadvantage, if things turns ugly and out of hand Like a card game, always keep your trumph card " I know about you, that you do not know, that I know about you" Get it? bluerunner
I agree with Abang. We can be gay but we certainly need to tell everyone who we are. Gay men can tell who are "family members". Does it even matters if the other party is gay? Not to me.
alien
Agreed not a wise move to declare u r gay in workplace, no matter the other guy is gay or not. Momopolare
The truth is... Whether straight or gay, it is best not to have a relationship under the same company. You might put yourself into difficult positions a lot more than you already have been. wombathallow
I have one senior in the office who is AJ... I suspected he is one, right from the very 1st day because of mutual facebook friends.from the 3rd day we already know about each other through whatsapp, but so far no "hands on" yet because both parties are attached. I'd like to think that we both became good friends to support each other through work, and we are very frank about each other's personal details.I don't see him as a competitor because he's more senior anyway. However I guess some people have it worse... imagine an AJ colleague who blackmails you into doing things with him... samsara and Alson
