Just went " New " Diamond just now since 4 to 5 years ago, to me alot of changes, it has it own Karaoke " room " though no one using it, games room, TV room etc, most important, last time only few rooms to "rest " but now seem double more than last time, never expect that quite afew people went during noon time, enterance fees is $15. The steam room & shower side no different, they use notebook to replace the spoilt desktop, won't want to comments about the crowds, cos not fair, just they are your taste or not.

Thanks for your feedback on the bird droppings on the wall and we have got it washed immediately and will ensure that it is kept clean at all times.

As for the new charges that you mentioned, I wonder if you are a new customer or a regular customer during the old Diamond management time before we took over. I want to CLARIFY and to AVOID untrue nonsense spreading around, there is no new charges and the charges are still the SAME AS BEFORE. We did not have any price changes at all.

Sorry about the comment re the charges and yes, I am a new visitor. Well, sort of new in that I have been to your place a few times and only within the last few times. Thanks for clarifying the situation with the charges. I suppose I never really noticed till the charges were posted.

Something else I would like to bring up but that certainly is beyond your control. This is mainly for other customers. I wish people would not urinate in the steam room. Yes, it is a fetish for some but for others, it is very disgusting to have to walk into a room where the air stinks. Imagine having to walk on the urine too. Please guys, you are in a relatively public area plus just about everyone walks around barefooted. Thank you for your consideration.

Really??? I was talking to one of their staff (yes, their service has improved- more of them smiling and generally friendlier) and he told me that last Sunday, they had over 100 customers there.

Nothing new to report there. Still got the occassional good catch there. The computer is up and running now but is proned to sudden shut down (is this to deter customer from over-clocking their min 5min usuage I wonder?)

One more suggestion- maybe the manangement would consider removing the game machines and certainly the rusty gym equiment. I hardly see anyone using them and definitely nobody want to touch those rust-infested dumbbells. The management should consider renovating it into a comfy resting area with lounges for people to rest and ogle at people at the locker. Also it can serve as an area to blow dry your hair or smarten up in private before you leave the place.
