Savoury Choux pastry looks interesting. 

 

I tried making mango custard filling once but it ended up so runny. So really admires the baking challenges where they manage to incorporate different flavours and still maintain the textures.

I made it only because my mum asked me to haha!

 

Next time I'll probably try to do gougère, which are cheesy choux puffs!
