As part of our people-centric approach and commitment to providing a world class establishment to our esteemed guests, we do actively monitor our brand name, service and competition by way of social listening of keywords vis-a-vis our designated digital agency. That includes “DoubleTree” for instance. We do not peruse threads such as this on a daily basis, but we automate it instead.

It has come to our attention recently (quite possibly by one of the member here) that key terms such as DT is made with reference to our establishment, and we have since flagged that in the monitoring system as well.

 

Since our last posting, we managed to cross-reference the identity of one of the active member here with information provided to us by another member via an app (“Grindr”) and we have a positive ID of the same person who visited our establishment recently. Additionally, we have also contacted MCMC (Menara Ansar, Level 7) located further down the road from our hotel pertaining to certain postings in this forum for further assistance in establishing the identities of a few other members we have since captured on security and of which we would like to investigate further for encroachment.

 

At DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, our main objective is to provide a conducive and pleasant environment for all our guests, in line with the standard of Hilton’s hospitality, — especially in common areas and facilities in and around the establishment.
