But i was told by local sauna patrons that only gays below 35 visit sauna, Its not a norm for uncles to go sauna.

Not sure if this is really correct.

Maybe not that Nadam Spa that is more outside of the center.

This one American or Canadian Vietnamese guy who makes all these youtube videos on sauna visits who lives in Vietnam

mentioned quite some with older guys visiting...

Iam not even Indians

But he was right on that.

Similar to many Chinese, Vietnamese don't really like Indians as sex partners.

I often call Vietnamese the "small Chinese". Traditions are quite similar, feng shui rules etc.

But don't tell this to them, they will be angry as they don't want to be compared with Chinese. haha

On a different note:

If you are a bottom visitor, Viet nam may not be the best spot to travel for you.

Competition between local bottoms are already tough to find a suitable top.

If you are a visiting bottom, it might be even more challenging. The tourist tops want local flavour, unless you manage to dupe them that you are local.

From my past visits to Sai gon, I often get chased by some tourist bottoms who desperately look for a top.

Be aware! Viet nam is a top heaven and not otherwise.

Sure, if you want to travel to visit the country and spots, try the food, get some nice local silk etc, travel over, but if you are a bottom, be aware, you might not get sexual thrills, as there is a total oversupply of bottoms.

Vietnam Trip Update

Bi Men Spa – VND 120K
This place is mostly visited by local older guys and “daddy” types. It’s located quite far from District 1, so getting there takes a bit of effort. I stopped by around 5:00 pm and left about 30 minutes later because the overall atmosphere didn’t really match my preference, although I did briefly join a local group while I was there.

Galaxy Spa – VND 200K (50% discount based on my age)
If you’re muscular, the entrance fee can be as low as VND 70K.

The spa is located in a small alley but still within walking distance from Bi Men Spa. Compared to the first place, it’s cleaner, more modern, and has a pleasant aromatic scent. They also provide free drinks (beer and soft drinks), fruit platters, and snacks. The crowd included local twinks, muscular guys, and a few daddies, plus about 3–4 foreigners. I ended up joining a few different groups during my visit. Overall, it was a fun experience and definitely worth checking out—I’d consider going back again.

Their accommodation is Private Villa so is US$400+ per night according to the Reddit video. Their price includes activities, meals and land transportation too. I would not spend that much for accommodation, but to each his own.

Hello! This is Mun from COA. Just wanted to clarify, the Vietnam retreat is actually 6 nights from 17 to 23 May, not 5 nights.  The retreat fee cost includes everything except airfare (accomm in a private villa just for the retreat group itself, all meals (full board plus drinks), all tour activities and land transport.)

Because the retreats are designed to be clothing-optional including the pool, hence the accommodation needs to be a bit more exclusive than usual. :)
