Guest protruding nipple
Boobs are ok, as long as not drappy. If it drap, than you need to do pull up exercises, to keep your muscle firm and tight.

Guest Advice
I have a friend who had liposuction but grew bigger after a few years. Such a waste of money.
MadMan
The surgeon has to differentiate whether the fat is distributed all over or confined to a pocket, in the latter case the whole fat pocket including the wall or sac must be enucleated, otherwise recurrence will occur. You can try Bangkok, get a few quote or rather second opinion from few doctors, after all in Bkk, the consultation in most cases are free. Guest BSBS
Lets talk about men's chest- something that is under-discussed here. I think most men like to ogle or caress or squeeze a well-defined set of pecs. Big chest always turns me on. But bigger doesnt always mean better. Some guys have developed a pair of titls that look like they belong to a woman's body. Big, round and pointed. What kind of big chest is really manly and desirable at the same time, I often wonder? Anyone got picture to illustrate the perfect chest? And what kind of exercise must one do to achieve it?
Guest MB.
Hi. I know this sounds unrelated, but I’ve been having this gunecosmatia aka manboobs for over 15 years already; I was heavily obesed (105kg), and then lost weight to reach 60kg, and now back to 79kg. I did a lot of cardio, and recently (4 months to be exact) on weight lifting and resistance training at home. Before advising, I cannot do normal pushups and pull-ups, so that makes it harder for me to get rid of manboobs. I did try wearing those compressing shirts to “flatten” my manboobs , but it only works whenever I put them on; the moment I take them down, my manboobs are back again. Any advice on how to get rid of this? Any recommended home exercises (no pushups and pull-ups), or gym equipment (I might hit the gym when I start working)? Thank youuuu

Thank youuuu I dun think the flabby stretch marked skins at your manboobs and belly area will go away naturally even after you successfully cut down your weight drastically. Fuzzyrob
My tits are not drappy but it's too... pointy. I've been putting nipple covers to push it in everyday and I want to stop using it already. Without the patch, it looks like I have another pair of eyes on my chest glaring at you. I tried losing weight from 95 to 75kg, and started going to gym to cover it up with muscles. But I don't see good improvement yet. I doubt if I can ever get rid of it since I was obese from young. The liposuction and gland removal surgery seems pretty costly as well. Did anyone succeed in getting rid of gynescomastia in non-surgical way? If not, I might start saving up from now 😔 bluwerks

You should quit pleasurisingt your nipples and let them soften naturally; who knows, they might even get smaller as you age. Avoid dairy products might help to stop your boob growth too. Puffy Nipples b. Pubertal Onset Gynecomastia c. Pseudogynecomastia d. Asymmetric Gynecomastia e. AAS induced Gynecomastia f. Severe Gynecomastia Puffy Nipples is among the most common forms of gynecomastia. This glandular tissue accumulation is concentrated under and typically confined to the areola, or can be slightly extended outside the areola forming a dome shaped appearance to the areola. Pure Glandular In bodybuilders this may be a result of the use of anabolic steroids. Due to their low level of body fat, bodybuilders and other athletes are sometimes afflicted with gynecomastia in its purest form. Gynecomastia in lean men is usually only a breast tissue gland with little to no adipose tissue. Proper treatment of pure gynecomastia can be done only by excision of the breast tissue, which in the case of bodybuilders is by itself sufficient to achieve a flat nipple-areola complex. Liposuction is only rarely necessary. Adolescent Congenital or Hereditary Gynecomastia is typically evident by the ages of 9 to 14 in boys. Thirty percent to sixty percent of young boys suffer from large male breasts. As many as thirty percent may live with enlarged male breasts for the rest of their lives, but in other cases the gynecomastia will recede with age. However, severe forms of adolescent gynecomastia may require an intervention, in consultation with the patient, the parents, and child development professionals. Adult The most common form of gynecomastia. Gynecomastia in most adults is composed of glandular tissue but may contain varying quantities of adipose and fibrous tissue. Pseudogynecomastia is composed not of glandular tissue, but of adipose tissue. It looks much like real gynecomastia but requires different treatment. Exercise and diet may be effective in combating pseudogynecomastia. Only if this regimen is unsuccessful should surgery be considered. This is generally the only type of gynecomastia which can be improved with liposuction, but excision may be indicated in some cases. This is also known as "false Gynecomastia" and is often attributed by obesity whereby insulin interacts with an excess of sugars or certain carbohydrates, namely those of which that have been processed. Asymmetric/Unilateral Unilateral gynecomastia occurs when only one breast is larger due to gynecomastia, the other breast is typically normal in both size and shape. Bilateral Asymmetry occurs when gynecomastia is present in both breasts, each to a different degree. Severe gynecomastia is characterized by excess and/or saggy skin and severely enlarged breasts . This is itself determined in part by age , as older persons suffering from gynecomastia tend to have less skin elasticity and thus will have a greater abundance of excess skin related to gynecomastia. Experienced plastic surgeons will perform as much of the surgical treatment of severe gynecomastia as possible through an aereolar incision so as to avoid extensive scarring. However, some scarring may be unavoidable when treating extreme cases of gynecomastia. I just discovered this old thread, and I find the information you posted interesting. I did not grew man-boobs, but I had another problem: I was born with a caved-in chest. This can be corrected with surgery, but in my days this was unknown, and any corrective surgery was beyond the means of my family. This defect did bother me all my childhood, but on the positive side, it inclined me towards exercising, and little by little my chest improved. It was never an impediment, just an unsightly blemish in my mind. What has worked is improved posture, like bring shoulders down and back letting the chest "open", and exercises for the pectorals, like very simple pushups, able to do at home. So I come to a realization: some birth defects can become a blessing, motivating the affected ones to pay attention to their physical body and do what is necessary to eliminate or at least improve the blemish, gaining a realization that we can indeed improve. And in the gay scene, I always had people who liked to play with my pointy nipples, eventually sucking them.
