Sometimes it happens...whether due to the places you sit or just heat rashes...kena b4...subsided in abt 3 days...sometimes bottom area of buttcheeks too...thats why its good to normally wash the stools in the shower area before you sit down to bathe...and also to at least rinse any place just before you sit...
