bearlover
Share your travelling tips to make life easier for BWers on the road! My first tip:Ever checked-in for your flight and found a seat that you don't like (Audio/visual box taking up leg room, limited seat recline etc)? Use Seat Guru to find better seats and avoid the lousy ones. You only need to know your aircraft type and together with the airline's internet check-in, you'll be on your way to better comfort in the air  Edited April 9, 2008 by bearlover

bearlover
Packing tips:Pack what you think you need and then remove half of it (although I'm usually guilty of ignoring this tip )Spray some cologne/perfume/after shave/poison of your choice on tissue paper and pack with your clothes. Your clothes and bag will smell better when travelling
erection day
Flatten and roll all your clothes into a large ziplock bag. You would be amazed at how much space you can save in your luggage.
LupCheong
Take a photo of your luggage in case you lose it. It helps in assisting baggage and insurance claims. Edited April 9, 2008 by LupCheong
erection day
If I may add, before you take a photo- please attach a ID tag (complete with name, address and hp no) to your luggage. It can save you a lot of headaches later.

bearlover
Never buy travel guides when you can borrow them from the library If you're travelling for > 3weeks, renew the book online (50c per renewal) and save heaps
Guest wise man
When in Taiwan, if you hear knocks on your door, do not answer. They are probably touts asking if you want some 'female company'. If only they knew . Just cover your ears with the pillow and go back to sleep.
