So. This is cool hahaha Eh Depending on what you wanna bake, I can probably teach. I hopeless at Chinese New Year Stuff tho. @kidster I can probably teach you to the the mirror glaze cake. It's easier than it looks. It just takes a fair bit of time coz you have to freeze the cake for best results.

In terms of food take more proteins and cut down on carbs. Note that you cannot eliminate carbs from the equation fully because ultimately carbs are the most easily digested energy sources for your body but you may want to choose carbs with a lower glycemic index. Some things that worked for me, - Cook your own meals. Its so much easier to eat healthy when you can control what goes into your food - Eat until you are not hungry, not until you are full. Also eat more meals throughout the day. This ensure that any excess energy resulting from the breakdown of foods is kept to a minimum and therefore fat formation is kept low Also if your ultimate goal is to lose weight, consider doing weights like some of the previous comments mentioned. Find a good exercise regime and stick to it

Love their music, very entertaining. You can try a few places. The esplanade store is one, although I'm not sure if they still carry. You can also try the Arts House (which is old parliment house), theres a gift shop there that i bought from one time. I also got one of their CD's from HMV once but that was when they released their newest album, not sure how stocked they are on the old ones. hope this helps

I saw this vid quite some time ago, and even till now it still makes me cry. It also got me thinking, what would happen if this were to happen in Singapore? Would Singaporeans stand up against the bullies? or would they stand aside? Because essentially the issue here is discrimination and bullying
