Why not? As long as the person is not showing his penis nor this butt cheek nor his pubic hair, white swimwear is  allowed.

@bluerunnerthanks for your advise. Think my trunk can see a little bit of butt crack due to low cut. No hair due to shaved. Acceptable?

You are right, man. For the past 2 weekends, water at 12pm was warm. The sun is extremely hot too.
