I just faced this 2 hours ago where the client booked for today’s 5pm slot. He messaged me at 3.49pm informing me that he just ended him gym session and will be heading home first so he will be late for at most 15mins. So 5.15pm latest. Fine.

 

At 5.10pm, he messaged me saying he swore to the universe that his battery went flat when he was on his way here. And told me he is unable to come for the appointment unless I have an available slot later tonight or another day. I said yea, sure, 8pm BUT i require a confirmation deposit. Keep note this is 5.10pm ish. I had a short nap. Woke up and checked my phone, and there is no deposit. So, fine, I’ll just take it he’s not interested. So i unsent the information. At 6.18pm, he messaged me again for the information of the deposit.

 

i dont know. There’s just a few red flags here. Look, it’s a weekend, me too would like a smooth day where I can arrange my timetable. I try to accommodate but I just feel this is completely unfair. I could have given that 5pm slot to the other person if I knew this one would have bubbled.

Drove to Sentosa for an appointment and waited 20mins. No reply, No Response. And conveniently after I texted l, I have left. He replied. Sorry He was charging his phone.

 

How I know it’s intentional is when this person immediately deleted our tele chat. Such a loser way of escaping but I took screenshot already to remind myself not to get this person again.

 

It has happened too much times so I’m implement something for first timer.

Recently, or more so these 2 weeks, each massage sessions I did. I can't stop thinking of it, not the solid hard cock but...

 

But as I’ve gotten older or maybe just more honest, I’ve realized:

 

Chemistry is easy. Character is rare.

 

Chemistry doesn’t take effort. It just shows up. It’s a feeling. Character, on the other hand, is built. Chosen. Practiced.

 

We don’t need more people who make our hearts race, instead we need more people who take ownership of their energy.

 

People who are aware of the space they take up, how they respond when they’re triggered, how they make others feel even when they’re not trying.

 

We need people who know how to repair, not just say “sorry” and move on, but actually ask:

I’m not saying attraction doesn’t matter. It does. But attraction without emotional maturity is a trap.

 

You fall hard, fast — and then crash just as quickly. The spark doesn’t mean much if the other person can’t hold space for your vulnerability.

totally ghosted me. oh. and then he blocked me. 

i did not shame, scold, nor threaten. i simply stated facts and moved forward. 

For the rest of you therapists here, take his appt slot at your own risk. In his place, i could have taken another auntie client during lunch time.

@Don199001 I'm sorry to hear about the loss of income by taking this particular customer, however, please do not spam other therapists' threads like what you just did. By posting in this thread, it is sufficient to remind all other therapists of your 'mis-adventure'.

 

Next, due to the local PDPA law, you should not disclose detailed particulars of a person, as such, that information was removed.

 

I do sympathise your situation in this case, however, count yourself lucky it was not a loss of huge sum of money (yes, any amount is still money, but in this case, it is not like those scammers' cases - losing a very large sum of money).

 

Please take this as a lesson learnt - to verify all payments made had been successful, despite how busy you might be. Another suggestion is to collect deposit for all new customers?

Let's first not talk about who was right or who was wrong, based on your sentence quoted above - if someone here posted your face picture and with your phone number in the forum, without your knowledge, you are ok with it? If you are ok with it, does that mean the rest of the people here should feel the same way as you?

 

I know you are also a therapist yourself, I did not say what the customer did was correct yeah, so why do you have to get so worked up for (before knowing the whole picture)?

Hey. I got to know from a friend that my personal info got leaked here and realised i was being flamed. I genuinely didnt know the payment didnt went through as i was in shocked with your attitude when u slammed the door angrily and chased me out of the shop when i denied the “extra manhood massage” charges.
 

Just minutes into the massage, u asked if i wanted extra which i politely declined. During the massage, u touched my privates and i thought it was part of the sensual elements and it was clearly neither manhood massage nor HE which both i am not looking for. And after the massage “ended” which only lasted less than 30mins, i asked for paynow transfer which i confirmed with u again if its $80/hr as stated in ur Sultan plaza massage thread but u told me its $90 cause u added the “manhood massage” which i didnt opt for. I denied the extra charges and that was when u realised u werent able to scam me for the “extra” and u got really angry and slammed the door open and chased me out. I didnt even “ran away” as u claimed and the reason for blocking ur contact was because u spammed call me which i know u are not in the right state of mind and wouldnt want to talk to u any further. 
 

When i referred back to ur massage thread, there isnt even manhood massage pricing posted. And it also made me noticed another guy who posted similar encounters for paying something that he never agreed to.

 

Anyway, my sincere apologies and i have transferred u the $80 and ensured it really went through this time round as attached. I have been to many fellow BW massage businesses and never have i ever not paid for their services, there are even times when i tipped for the good service and massage provided.

 

Hopefully this cleared the air and i do not wish to see anymore of my personal info being leaked otherwise i will have to bring in the authorities. Cheers.

It's so tiring having to entertain all this.

1. Please read every detail in our post. We have reasons to put in the content.
    
2. While we are mostly available, please do not expect us to be available at the very minute you are available. In my case, I have to do my booking process and set up my massage bed (closed by default). We also need time for meals and non-massage stuff to do. Refer to point 1. I have made it clearly that last minute booking is not encouraged.
   
   Sorry I just wanted to highlight the above. You definitely would not want to end up like the customer who gave the feedback.
    
3. If you're unsure what sports massage do, please read up. There are still clients who are coming for my massage but are office bound and not working out, and worse, want a relaxing kind.
   Refer to point 1. I have made it clearly that I do not provide relaxing massage.
    
4. Sports massage requires strength for muscular relief. I do not want to waste my energy if you have come for my massage for the wrong purpose.
    
5. Please do not be the black sheep. There are other masseurs who do relaxing, sensual massage. Please enquire from them. Sorry for being niche. If you have bypassed my T&C once, you can guarantee there is no second chance.
    
6. If you are uncomfortable during the process of the massage, feel free to speak up throughout the massage if required. I don't ask, "Is the pressure okay for you?" for fun, and not wait till you feel unsatisfied after 30 minutes in and say I did not provide a good service.
    
7. On the side note, don't be shy to ask the masseur to give you more or less strength throughout the massage. Also, please don't confuse the masseur. Don't request less strength before the massage and then give a survey feedback saying I did not provide enough strength. Regardless, I do appreciate honest feedback.
    
8. As much as I don't want to add rules, refer to point 5 - please don't be the potential black sheep lei. If you claimed you have engaged me before, there should be a record of your screenshot at the minimum, even if you cleared history, isn't it? Don't try to find any loophole

Especially if you haven't experienced the masseur's work and are already making conclusions about the masseur. I send you my blessings, though if your choice is to go for the commercial ones etc. (I can assure you commercial spas also have cai png prices. Just see G***n A****.

30 y.o Chinese, around 172, 72kg, honestly with all respect not well looking nor built, some eczema shown underneath his t-shirt sleeves.

He booked 12 PM and avoided downpayment.

He came from gym and when I asked him to hold the lift door a while.

He fled by closing he lift door in front of my eyes.

He did not explain anything and PUFF! just gone!

Wasting my time as  I am rushed back from lunch and prepared the massage bed.

He is prolly changed his nick name by now that he is reading this.

Just do not take bookings without reservation seriously!

Same stunt, same mess. Respect the work. Respect the time. Masseurs aren’t props in your pantomime. (November 4, 2025)”

 

Fast forward to today… this is now the 3rd time I’ve encountered the same person. The first time was through Line, the second via Telegram, and now he has appeared again using WhatsApp. Each time, the pattern is the same: he reaches out, books a slot, confirms the timing, and then disappears without showing up.

 

Most recently, he contacted me on Hari Raya (21st March 2026) while I was busy visiting. Even though I was occupied, I still made time to respond to him as a potential client. He booked a 2-hour session for today and at 1:30pm confirmed he would come. But once again, he went completely MIA. When I checked my records, I realized it was the same individual who had ghosted me before.

 

I have no idea why someone would go through such tactics… switching platforms, creating new handles, and wasting others’ time. Perhaps he finds satisfaction in it, but it is unfair and disrespectful to professionals who dedicate their time and energy to their work. This is not a rant, but a reminder to fellow masseurs: if you ever encounter such a client, be cautious. Protect your time, protect your energy, and remember that respect for our work matters.

 

PS: For record-keeping purposes, I do not have his Line account since Line doesn’t allow us to trace the handle. However, I do have his Telegram account (with two different handles) and now his WhatsApp number. If any of you would like to take note of this person, I can provide the details privately.

May i suggest comparing the way he types to how some of the massage providers here type. you juuuuuuuuuust might discover something.
