I don't frequent urinal so I am now wondering are there different heights? Never occur to me. What if shorty like me and encounter a tall one than cannot reach how? Must stack the balls on top first?

Speaking of which, I don't like the long urinals. Tend to get back splashing.

Yes! The tall standing urinal will have lots of splashes if you stand too close. 
Although the small bowl type is more exposed and no where to hide, it has less back splashes and I prefer that. Not many of such kind left now.

Many years ago I was at the Mediterranean food fair at MBS. Went to the gents, because it is a make-shift event space, naturally the toilet space is small and over-crowded. I am a cubicle person, will avoid using urinal at all cost unless bo bian.

 

So I just use the urinal, can't help but notice this big guy standing next to me and I guess it is a guy thing (regardless of sexual preference) to peep at the genitalia of the person next to us and voila! This guy has huge pack! And to my surprise, he saw I peep at his. I was shocked and quickly leave there! haha so paiseh

it actually difficult to use kiddy urinal even for a shorty. Somehow not accustomed. Im always curious if straight men look over at the urinal to check out the penis of another man standing next to him? 
I think most men (straight or otherwise) feel insecure about his penis size and thus, always be on his guard to look out for potential voyeur.

Not an embarrassing story but an observation for today.

Some time back, I noticed full body length modesty board is erected between urinals at the toilet of many MRT stations. 
This morning, I had to use the toilet at Admiralty MRT station. I saw all the modesty boards were gone! Wonder why are the boards removed? 
I am not complaining. I find putting up the boards is a waste of money!

my thoughts about modesty boards

if there are no modesty boards, guys tend to be more shy and more likely to stand closer in, plus use hand to shield.

if there are modesty boards, then generally more relaxed

but if the boards are too big, then I can't see a thing

the best would be those pseudo modesty boards when they dont really cover anything but yet guys are less guarded because of their presence

No la, not all foreskin so fragile and need medical attention. At a certain public toilet.

A young guy (my guess of his age ia late 20s-early 30) at the urinal in T-shirt and skinny jeans. 
Peed w his junk everything out. Fiery bushes. When he finished, he pull down his jeans and pull it up again so that everything tucked inside. Although his T-shirt is long enough to cover some part of his buttocks, that action exposes a fair bit of his buttocks and he is freeballing.

Today had urgent matters and was with a lady friend so didn't have time to wait around when I went in to find all cubicles used. That's why I was 'shocked' to see that close proximity, I think about 10cm apart or less (or course I didn't use a measuring tape eh). Imagine all 3 were occupied, I'm quite sure their arms would be 'touching' each other (more so for a bigger sized guy eh), haha.

Very close proximity. It’s tough to have 2 persons using last one at the corner and the solo urinal. Mostly, someone will use the solo urinal and the next person coming in will use the center of the 3. That’s is. If you’re are 4 ppl at the urinal, surely elbows touching like what @sphere mentioned. It’s inevitable that you could see your neighbour’s penis as well.

Hmm. I think sometimes it depends on the body language of the guy already at the urinal.

 

If he's a regular guy minding his own business, I will take the center since number 3 is meant for kids and we're both adults.

 

However, if the guy appears uncomfortable, for example, the type of nervous guy that purposely stands too close to the urinal when seeing another guy enter the restroom because God forbid, the man would choose to stand next to him, and try to peek at his lil willy, I would prefer to take the kids urinal and purposely stands further back and not try to hide anything.
