I am a late night after 11pm even on weekdays; not exactly marathon but 10 to 15K runner near kallang always jogging topless. Usually jogs on Tue / Wed or Fri / Sat after 11pm in half length compression tights.

Clothings from China website usually looks nice but in reality, they just lack of something. 
I have this same issue w several sellers. My usual complaint is not enough tightness or compression. Even stuff from Decathlon fits better. 
I like that tiny square trunks/underwear from Decathlon. Anyone wears it out without any outer shorts for exercise e.g running?
