Those cyclists you are referring to are men or women?  Camel toe is referring to the shape of the woman's crotch area when wearing very close fitting clothing like tights.  Moose knuckle is referring to the shape of the man's crotch area when wearing very close fitting clothing like tights.  I'm bi so both also shiok. LeL9 and Nivek 2 Quote
