lonelyglobe Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Quote umm.....I tot only our retired pioneer generation take bus to travel around the island to hunt for food, lucky toto outlet etc.....that is the problem here, we don't have much choice unlike if u stay in kl, u can enjoy the breeze of Cameron highland or genting, if u are in bkk, u can escape to the seaside resort of hua hin or pattaya...what we have here is a sinful, unnatural and overcrowding sentosa, ubin would be a better choice for me to get away......there is 2 places that I like in the 90s but both are casinoised, the sinful island and marina bay going out on a weekend is crazy unless u like people watching or let people watch, welcome to a small island with 6 million population and more in the pipeline... If you are staying with family members, best is to go out of your home to find sometime - like movie, shopping, jogging..etc Now my turn. I will wake up early on weekend and have a thick coffee with breakfast before visiting fish farm (I am aquarium fan) or nature (to give me idea how to decorate my acquarium). Afternoon will be my nab time, night I go jogging in the park. Internet surfing before sleep. Sunday, I will do light shopping (grocery topup) or go ikea to soak in the decor concept. Afternoon, get a light nab and than jogging at night. Internet surfing before sleep. I don't watch TV at all, so that time is not wasted. Monday... work starts. Quote

Then we clean the house together. I cooked noodle for our lunch. Then we went out for movie at shopping mall and bought our weekly groceries. Later we are going to the park for jogging before dinner. Sat night usually watching online movies with couple of beers and chips. Tomorrow morning we going for Sunday champagne brunch with frds. Then might go to nursery in the afternoon to shop for some plants. Sun evening usually is reading books at home or visit either our family for dinner.
