Anyone knows how single man pass their time after 60s?

I can speak for my experience.  When I reached 60,  I started passing my time exactly the same as I did before 60.   I suspect that this is the same for most people.  Major changes may occur after retirement, which happens usually after 60.  Many of these changes are POSITIVE.

So don't worry about reaching and passing 60.  Single or not single, aim for a full life at any age.

I found another video from uprighthealth.com by this cute Asian, with whom I fully agree in the advices he gives.  This time it is about the Asian Squat.

I started doing this squat and I can do it quite well.  I have flexibility and strength, but if I would need improvement in these, I would practice this squat with my shoulders to a wall,  so that after bending down the wall can hold me in position without falling back.   Recently my 24 hours fitness gym installed a big mat for workouts on the floor. This is made of artificial turf (a green plastic grass), not as good as rubber but sufficiently soft.  Now I do my stretching there, including the Asian squat, and I have received compliments for doing this.  Maybe one day I replace my comfortable chair in the living room with NOTHING,  and I watch TV recordings while eating snacks... in my Asian squat,  ha ha.

I am showing here a video that is like custom made for @InBangkok.  He who finds that experts promoting fasting are "quacks",  perhaps can better understand some more simple explanations of the benefits of fasting.

This video has over 2 million views, and 3,563 comments, most of them very positive.  So it seems that fasting is seen by many people as something healthy and useful,  at least in moderation.  There is little need to fast for 44 days, but a four or five day fast should be like a piece of cake  ( or a withholding from pieces of cake ).

I like to watch YouTube, and so I find here and there some videos that I find educative and that dispel myths that keep us from reaching our potential,  especially myths about being a senior.

Here is a video made by a fitness trainer of seniors, who is also a physician and a professor of medicine. He has a gym where older people come in to do heavy weight lifting with barbells.  This activity is something that can freak out young guys who think that seniors SHOULD NOT do anything strenuous because they could get hurt.  LOL!  When I came out to the gay scene at around 50 yo. I had a bf for a while who was in his 20s,  and he very seriously warned me against my weight lifting because a 50 yo should not do these kind of things.  I haven't seen him in over 20 years and I hope that by now he has changed his mind.

This trainer, Jonathon Sullivan, has written a book with very positive reviews:  "The Barbell Prescription:  Strength Training for Life after 40"

"The Barbell Prescription: Strength Training for Life After 40 directly addresses the most pervasive problem faced by aging humans: the loss of physical strength and all its associated problems - the loss of muscle mass, bone mineral loss and osteoporosis, hip fractures (a terminal event for many older people), loss of balance and coordination, diabetes, heart disease related to a sedentary lifestyle, and the loss of independence."  ( from Amazon )

Then Dr. Sullivan vents his frustration with myths with this interesting video:

Not many of us need to become a heavy weight lifting athlete as a senior.  It is sufficient that we understand that this is a healthy option,  and we take advantage of it maybe in a moderate but still effective way.

I hope that @InBangkok gets to see this video and gets convinced that something a little heavier than classical music can do a lot of good for him, now that he is or will become a senior.

And for the BW readers who are young gays today and are somewhat fearful of aging, hopefully they realize that they can get an early start with weight lifting so that...   so that at some time in the future they will transition from young into middle age into seniority... without even noticing much change in their bodies,  and so enjoy the happiness that being a senior offers.

So the 79 year old poster who wants to use something similar to cockroach poison on posters who on do not agree with him still does not respond to written quotes from his own previous posts apart from  claiming it is all "nonsense". But @Steve5380 you know perfectly well that the posts I have quoted from your previous posts are totally true. Not one is "nonsense"! You wrote them. It is just that they are embarrassing for you and so you deny that you ever made them. @Steve5380cannot bear the fact that he may be wrong. And that he has been wrong many times. So he then goes ballistic.

Let's recall yet more of his tactics other than merely trashing posters and calling what they post of his previous posts "Nonsense". To justify his lies, he writes - as he did in December 2020, "I remember reading more than once . . ." That was a lie. his memory was faulty as you might expect from a 79 year old.

Next, he amplifies this rubbish by writing in the same post "Anyone remembering what I remember would assume . . ." Err, what? So @Steve5380's memory is faulty and he then uses that to "assume" that what he then writes must be correct! Idiotic and untruthful in the extreme.

As for trashing posters, time to recall what he has written of others' contributions -

January 2020 - "More irrational scum"

February 2020 - "Nothing but more bullshit"

April 2020 - "You are such a mserable troll and fantasize"

Other common @Steve5380comments are "lunatic scumbag", "you are a poor and failed old man", "you are so ridiculous", "pure shameless nonsense", "you are mentally handicapped".

And in response to a detailed analysis of the Taiwan situation I posted, the only contribution he could write since he knows nothing about the history was "Blah ... blah ...blah ..."

Let's remember, too, that he has trashed those in a full-time monogamous relationship. Although he claimed many times he loved his partner dearly, he happily flew all the way to Asia annually to spend all his time in gay saunas claiming that open relationships are the norm for gay men. His actual words written in 2016? "Many closed relationships are pure selfishness." "SELFISHNESS?" What do those in monogamous relationships say to that, I wonder?

All this from a 79 year old old man who claims he is always calm and does not get angry. Wahahahaha! Given all the above that's such a joke.

And in this thread, he promotes quack theories that have never been proved. 5-day water fasts. As I have asked in this thread many times, has any reader/member of BW ever gone on a 5-day water fast, especially younger ones who, as @Steve5380 rather stupidly writes in the thread heading, "will be seniors one day." Apart from those who sadly die beforehand, everyone will one day be a senior. Although if they go on water fasts younger in their lives, the chances are they will end up in hospital and spend a lot of cash recovering their health. He even suggests above that because a video has had 2 million views, that validates what it promotes. Rubbish!

I put it to other posters and readers. Which would you prefer as you age? To sit alone in basically one room all day and virtually everyday with two large tv screens watching youtube, with a constant diet mostly of beans and lentils, eating your lunch while watching television (as he wrote in a post) with just trips to the gym a few mornings a week and an occasional visit to the supermarket to take advantage of cheap promotions. No friends apart from those at the gym (including one who allegedly went mountaineering in the Himalayas at a time of year before the Nepal government issues mountaineering permits! How did he manage that, I wonder? Impossible!}, no one coming to visit, no coffees or other trips outside the home to socialise with friends.

Alternatively would you prefer having a partner (if possible), enjoying a good social life by going out regularly or having close friends round to your home to chat, laugh, commiserate etc. with you, eating a variety of foods and having an occasional drink. Is that not far more likely to make your life as a senior vastly more enjoyable?

One more of your stupid posts which is so full of lies that it becomes ridiculous.  Ha, ha, ha.

Totally factual and the posts are up in BW for all to see. Sad, I suppose, that old @Steve5380 stuck in his Herman Miller chair watching youtube and all manner of videos to post here on BW deliberately denies that he ever wrote posts he actually wrote and calls them ridiculous. Well, more than a few were indeed totally ridiculous as have been others.

A friend at the gym who had just returned from mountaineering in the Himalayas in Burma? Huh? Even when @Steve5380 corrected that to Nepal, mountaineering was not permitted by the Nepalese government when this friend was supposedly there! True or false? The delicious chocolate mousse on the observation deck of Taipei 101 when the only eateries were expensive Chinese restaurants and he has written several times that he does not visit restaurants, and certainly not expensive ones.

Now descending to the depths of wanting to find the equivalent of cockroach poison to get rid of another poster. For what? Because that poster only posts the truth about what he has written? I suppose that comes from being lonely stuck in your room almost the entire day, every day of the week and being wedded to BW to find posters who do not agree with him and then trashing them and their contributions. This from a man who lives 16,000 kms away and has stated on BW he does not even like Singapore apart from the gay saunas in which he spent all his time. Another quote from his own words, "I visited often because I like Singapore gays and I was attracted to Towel Club, Absolute, some of One-Seven, some of Cruise Club ... and practically nothing else." I wonder what Singaporeans feel about this? Why is someone who does not actually like Singapore continue to post here?

He even objected to posts being made in Chinese!!! In 2020 he wrote, "I am critical of the abundant posts in Chinese." Huh? He had to gall to write this in a Singapore forum?

And all this from a poster who wrote (yes, another of his actual quotations!) - "I feel I am a role model in many aspects of my life." Someone who lies continuously is "such a role model?"  That is just pathetic, old Steve!

So from now on my posts will end with another of @Steve5380's claims from 2020 - "It's so fortunate that I am flexible and not argumentative at all."

It is admirable the effort you put into writing falsities about me.  I must be A VERY IMPORTANT person in your life,  ha ha.

I deny nothing of what I have written.  I don't regret any of it.  I have made mistakes of course,  like everyone else.  What I call RIDICULOUS are not my posts, but what YOU write about them.  It is all so comical!

How can a person like you who is bitter and without humor write comical stuff?   I think it is the way your brain twists things around,  so obviously, wahahahaha...

But you don't regret them? Once Singaporeans read this and what you have written in the past about Singapore and how there is nothing you like about the city apart from the gay saunas you frequented, I wonder how much credibility they will give to your posts in future. Be careful what you write, Steve old man.

More falsities by this individual.  In all of BW,  there may not be another case of such a demented obsession of a member to bash another member.   He should be advised that this is highly abnormal, and points to a MENTAL PROBLEM. I don't have the means to do so,  but @InBangkok should be taken immediately to the emergency room of a mental clinic to be examined by competent doctors to be diagnosed and fully treated.  WHO KNOWS what danger can he be to himself and to others!

After dealing with this individual whose lack of intelligence allowed him to be possessed with his persecutorial madness,  I have an interesting issue I found in a YouTube video about what kind of problems we may have to deal with by being smart.  It sounds like an absurdity, and I am not fully convinced that there is a relationship.  What you think about this video "10 problems only smart people have"?   I am smart and intelligent, yet I don't have much of the problems here described.

Although we all can think of very intelligent people who have or had these kinds of problems, less intelligent ones may also have them,  and very intelligent people DON'T HAVE these problems.

It may not take too much intelligence to avoid these problems.  Just a little smartness can motivate us to cultivate self-confidence, overcome shyness, avoid excessive pride and reach a modest idea of ourselves.

Now that the Three Musky Queers have been disbanded because two of them have pretty much eaten the third one alive and is gone from BW forever (but resurrected as another alter-ego), it is so fun to see the remaining two turning on each other now.

@Steve5380 has the unusual ability not to recognise the truth when it stares him in the face. He has compared me to a cockroach, a rat and now a mentally disturbed patient - ONLY because I have written the truth.

He clearly forgets that he lied and lied and lied for month after month after month calling the quotes I posted from his previous posts nonsense, lies and all manner of utter nonsense. And then what happened? He actually admitted finally that he had written the posts -

So you find fruit "attractive"?   Some fruit is healthy, but too much of it is not.  Some fruits have too much sugar.  I am not particularly "suit", nor am I attracted to sugar.

We don't know what the world would be without fruit flies.  But we should feel sorry for these animals who are killed in their biological research.  But these individuals who have the brain of a fruit fly should give thanks to these animals, since it's better to have their brains than to have... nothing!  ha ha.

Hahaha! This from the joker who has written oh so many times that he fills his posts with humour. He is a consistent liar and that has been proven for all to see. I have written many times that @Steve5380's way of posting is very simple for all to see. First he makes a statement. When a poster writes a contrary statement, he then doubles down and repeats his statement. If the second poster continues to state he is wrong, @Steve5380 can never come up with a cogent answer to prove his point. First he tells readers that he posts in jest - as if anyone believes that!

Then if the second poster does not give up, he goes into his 79 year old's attack mode. The other poster's posts become "nonsense" and "rubbish" and the poster himself becomes a "scumbag", "a troll" and other such descriptions. When that does not work, out comes his big arsenal of lies. The poster is compared to a "cockroach", a "rat" and a "fruitfully". Of course he denies that he actually wrote that - but then he denies everything. He is the great Steve. The man who knows it all and who is never wrong. But the really funny thing is - he has twice posted that so many of his posts were wrong!! He admitted to his lies.

Written out of pure envy and malevolence by this individual in Bangkok who makes up falsities.  He does this over and over and over again. But he does not succeed.

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” This is “Einstein Insanity”,  usually attributed to Albert Einstein.  What a vision of Einstein to describe perfectly @InBangkok!

I would never insult Albert Einstein nor question his intelligence.

If he is really the author of the quotation I posted,  he described so perfectly @InBangkok, like he did know him personally.  This is not an impossible,  because the guy in Bangkok is old enough to have crossed his path with Einstein, although I don't see why.    Einstein enjoyed playing the violin,  and perhaps in one of his walks he saw a poor street musician from Bangkok trying to scratch some sound off his violin, attempting over and over but always getting the same noise.

10 Myths About Aging

There are many myths and assumptions about what “aging” entails. But this process is different for everyone and there are many ways you can take control of the process, staying healthy for longer. Get the facts and put your health first- here are 10 myths around aging, and the truths you need to know.

1) It’s Normal to Feel Lonely as You Age

Unfortunately, many people believe that increased loneliness and isolation are inevitable parts of the aging process. While it’s true that isolation and depression can be a reality for some older people, they do require intimacy and friendship as much as anyone. As social circles change, there are many ways older people can reach out to new communities, both online and in the physical world, to combat these feelings.

2) As You Age, You Need Less Sleep

Because older adults often have a hard time getting the required sleep they need – sometimes struggling to get to sleep after going to bed or waking up in the night – the myth emerges that adults need less sleep as they age. While children are particularly dependent on sleep for their development, the amount of sleep needed stabilizes at around 7 – 9 hours a night and stays that way for your whole adult life. If you’re struggling to get enough sleep, look at the factors in your life that may prevent you from reaching that target.

3) You Can’t Teach an Old Dog New Tricks

From language learning to reskilling, this old saying has a lot of power. It is, however, a complete myth – your age doesn’t hold you back from learning new skills. Explore courses, whether online or through a local library, senior center, or community college to discover what’s possible.

4) Dementia Is an Inevitable Part of Aging

Culturally, we’re invested in the belief that there’s a relationship between mental decline and aging. Dementia, while unfortunate and often debilitating, is not inevitable. “Some degree of forgetfulness is natural, but through diet and mental exercise you can maintain your faculties all your life,” says Arthur Hicks, a lifestyle writer at Britstudent and Nextcoursework. “Take control over your health.”

5) Older Adults Should Be Especially Cautious of Injury

The risk of injury from exercise for older adults is so overstated that many people begin avoiding exercise all together! In fact, sensible exercise can provide more benefits than harm, when done properly and appropriately. Non-impact exercises such as yoga and swimming are especially good for helping aging bodies stay fit and trim.

6) Alzheimer’s Runs in the Family

Whilst there are genetic links to Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, a family history of these problems doesn’t make it inevitable that you will suffer the same fate. Aging can be a worrying process, and assuming these ailments are inevitable can prevent you from taking control of the environmental factors which preserve your health.

7) You Can’t Drive When You’re Older

There are a number of health conditions which may prevent you from keeping your driver license, but age itself isn’t a determining factor. In the United States almost one in five drivers is over the age of 65, showing that you can keep driving safely into your later years. Regularly test your eyesight and talk to your doctor about driving.

8  ) Only Women Suffer from Osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a common condition in women, but the prevailing belief that men don’t need to worry about this condition makes it underreported and underdiagnosed in men. Men tend to take longer than women to develop osteoporosis since they start out with a higher density of bone mass, but by the time they are in their late 60s they are equally susceptible to this condition.

9) It’s Too Late to Quit Smoking

“Quitting smoking at any time, no matter how long you’ve been stuck in this habit, always has an immediate benefit on your health,” says Claudine Peterson, a business writer at Australia2write and Write My X. “Just hours after your last cigarette, the levels of carbon monoxide in your blood begin to recede.” Yes, the habits of a lifetime can be hard to quit, but it’s never too late to kick that habit.

10) Blood Pressure Medication is Only for When Your Blood Pressure is High

High blood pressure is a cause for concern and it’s right to follow doctors’ orders to take medication to get it under control. However, when your blood pressure returns to normal, it’s equally important to follow your doctor’s recommendation about continuing this medication.

I watched another video from uprighthealth.com,  this one about BALANCE.   And immediately it clicked in my mind the importance of preserving balance as we become older.  Not only this, but good balance is helpful throughout our whole life.  The cute guy in this video makes some recommendations to develop balance that are new to me.  All my life my only "exercise" of balance has been to stand on one leg while holding the other bent behind and holding its foot in my hand.  I can do this for 60 seconds on each leg with a little practice.  We do this practices of balance also in my classes of Aikido, where it is much more difficult to keep equilibrium on a soft mat,  and there is more trembling around while doing it.  My teacher tells us that this trembling is a also a positive workout of the leg muscles.

Having good balance,  I find it convenient to use it in a standing position while putting pants on and off, and also while taking off, putting on and tying our shoes.  All these require balancing on one leg.  We should however be careful to do this balancing with precautions,  having enough space to recover from a loss of balance or having plenty of objects nearby to hold onto or push against to prevent a fall.

I found another video about BALANCE by Matt Hsu,  owner of UprightHealth.com which I think is better than the one above.  "Two ways to improve your balance and stability"

I am ready to recommend without reservations the videos of Matt Tsu,  because I find that he has excellent ideas of how to improve the functioning of our body with improved leg strength, core strength,  flexibility,  ability to go down and up from the floor without hands, improved equilibrium,  something that benefits us all but especially as we age.  This improved functionality can take ten to twenty years off our chronological age in the way we feel and function,  regardless of some wrinkles more or less.  And the way he teaches this is practical, without having to make extraordinary efforts.

YouTube is such a vast source of information!  Of course, since in this world of 8 billion people there is so much going on!

I recently found another health guru,  the kind of individuals I find interesting.  This is a Dr. William Li,  a Harvard-trained medical doctor and researcher who specializes in angiogenesis ( the development of blood vessels ).  With this basis he has investigated the effect different foods have on our health.  He is famous, and from what one hears of him it seems that he is NOT a quack but a serious scientist.

I am impressed by what he says in the following video about the effect of foods, especially in cancer.  The video is long, an hour and a half, but it is worth watching it in its entirety.

As we gays become more seniors,  the same of in all other humans,  our probabilities increase to develop all sorts of cancers,  plus our probabilities to come down with all other chronic diseases,  so...  it is wise to pay a little attention on what we should eat throughout life to reduce these probabilities as much as possible.

Dr. William Li has also written a best-seller book  " Eat to Beat Disease,  the new science on how your body can heal itself "  This book joins other dozens of best-seller books about health,  which seem to be a dime-a-dozen.  I got this book ( on Kindle ) and I find that it is well written,  easy to read and very informative.  I am learning a lot out of it.

So much has been posted here for the body.   But when gays become seniors one day,  it is important that the spirit has also been cultivated,  and few cultivations beat the spirituality of classical music, the most abstract of the arts.

Yehudi Menuhin,  undoubtedly one of the few top violinists of modern times,  has been an idol of mine since early childhood.  And Beethoven's violin concerto is undoubtedly one of the greatest works for violin and orchestra.    The two came together when Menuhin played the concerto at the Carnegie Hall in 1926 at the early age of 10 y.o.  I could not find a recording of this event,  but in this 69 years old recording of 1953,  we hear a 37 y.o. Menuhin still at his prime. ( at that time I was a 10 year old boy, and we listened to this music, like here with low quality, no video, then coming from an old vacuum-tube radio, but OH!  what a treat for the spirit...)

Enjoy this musical gift!

I am editing this post to add the same composition and musician with the video of the performance.  Yehudi Menuhin is a pleasure to see playing!

Continuing with the SPIRITUAL journey of gays who will be seniors... :

Don't miss on the opportunity to listen to the BEST OF MUSIC.   This recital is INCREDIBLE! :

I have never heard the piano being played better.  Bruce Liu was the winner of the last Warsaw Chopin Competition, the most prestigious one.

This should not come as a total surprise since Bruce Liu had the blessing of being taught by this extraordinary Vietnamese pianist Dang Thai Son,  also a winner of the Warsaw Chopin Competition.

A senior gay may wonder how an individual can have the skill, endurance to play such a difficult recital for an hour and a half.  Well... this is not beyond senior gays.   I had to find out that the secret of it is to develop a most perfect relaxation of the hand and its fingers,  the whole upper body and most of the rest, and to practice tirelessly the technical exercises like the Chopin Etudes. This must be combined with a conscious state of happiness, of enjoyment in the act of playing,  and the mental progression into converting the difficult playing into something easy and natural.

Every day is an opportunity to learn something new.  Last night I learned for the first time what LEMON BALM TEA is,  and it was by watching this video by a nutritionist I had watched some before.

We older gays should enjoy the state of being stress free,  sleep well.   And even more when we are on the way for seniority in the 30s, 40s, 50s  when demands on our life make this period one of the most stressful and even unhappy ones.

Dr. Eric Berg,  a doctor in chiropractic who in some ways has become an expert in nutrition, has many videos on YouTube that I might find trustworthy, or at least are a good entry into a topic for further investigation.  I have checked other sources, and it seems that this lemon balm tea is really a health enhancing substance,  so I am ready to try it out.

Yes, of course.  I still have to learn EVERYTHING...  that I didn't learn in my previous 79 years.  :)

As life goes on,  one can notice that there is nothing that makes one look old more dramatically than a hunched forward position of the stiffed head.   Practically all the seniors we converge into this position, and many younger guys already show this hunching forward.

As a guy who is approaching the end of his middle age and sees old age coming closer,  I have also noticed that besides "the look", hunching forwards is a handicap when we walk because we have the tendency to look down instead of ahead straight forward. We even can FEEL the hunching, either walking or standing or sitting.

In the past two years of covid confinement I have started to work on this problem.  First by relaxing the shoulders, bringing elbows closer to the sides, by not lifting the shoulder when reaching high up, etc.  This takes constant attention, persistence, since bad habits take a long time to break.   But just recently I started doing some stretching of my chest muscles, tightened up with so much chest exercises.  This involves moving my arms back to bring the shoulder blades closer together.  This makes a big difference.

In the following video, "How to correct your posture",  at about 7:25,  he describes an exercise "Doorway stretching" that is amazingly simple and quick,  there are doorways everywhere,  and it needs no equipment.   With this exercise I notice that my hunched position is quickly disappearing,  my head stands further back, my chest opens forwards and my arms hang from relaxed shoulders:   (  I am confident that when I soon reach 80  I will look like 60,  ha ha )

This whole video is interesting and the physical therapist seems to know what he is teaching,  for those who need it.

Here is another video about the same topic,  how to improve our posture,  taught by a cute guy.  ( I like cute guys ).  The exercises he proposes are effective,  with similar effects as those in the previous video,  and some can be just right for what we need to correct.  It is an individual thing, and we are all different.

But in one sense we are not different:  as we gays become seniors one day, we start confronting the typical issues of seniors,  and if we become aware of these issues and their solutions in time,  we can ESCAPE the inevitable common law and remain functional and attractive for much longer.  :thumb:

Recently I was asked in a snide post if I am still able to walk.   This is because there are some ignorant who think that seniors soon become unable to walk.   Hopefully you find this idea ridiculous,  and you are confident that you are and will be able to walk perfectly into your 90s...

Just recently thinking that my walking was not as easy and straight as it could be,  I watched among others this video:

This teacher might not be as cute as the Asian guy in uprighthealth.com,  but his advice is right on the mark.

A handsome man should have a walk that is pleasant to see.  Like in many other tasks,  it may only take a few adjustments that when become automatic facilitate our walking.  And this is not only for seniors,  but men of all ages can benefit for an improvement of their walking.  In my case I am achieving a more smooth walking thanks to giving a slight rotation of my hip with each step and using it to deposit my forward going foot with more control.  A little more wide counterbalancing with straight arms helps too.

I searched for these improvements after finding an excellent piano teacher who, with slight adjustments of the position of my fingers, rotation of the wrists, relaxation of the hand did vastly improve my piano playing.   Sometimes, small adjustments that cannot be seen bring big improvements.  I hope that you watch this video and also benefit from it.

Among the millions of YouTube videos that preach the health benefits of fasting,  I found interesting this one:

Maybe I am a sucker for German science, technology,  but I think that this Buchinger Wilhelmi fasting clinic is serious enough to give it consideration.  Here there is nothing of what an earlier vanished member contaminated in this thread with bashings of "quackery".

If I had a serious illness I would not hesitate in spending some $10,000 or so for a 20 day fasting under medical supervision at this clinic.  Fortunately I am healthy, and yet I plan to continue myself with seldom periodic short continuous fasting of 4 or 5 days.    Here is some more information about this clinic:

Don't wait until you have serious illness.  You need to invest immediately, because nobody knows whether you have fasted correctly at home.   Then...after 20 days, tell us about regime they put you through and...and...we can learn from your experience.

I don't have any serious illness today, and the fasting I do is completely healthy and risk free, the intermittent fasting and occasionally a short 4 or 5 day of continuous fasting.  I don't need the supervision that a 20 day fasting should require.

In this particular German clinic,  you can learn a lot about experiences of the patients on their websites  ( you find links if you open the video on YouTube ).   If you are healthy now,  do as I am doing with moderate fasting to improve your health even more.  We cannot be TOO healthy,  ha ha.
