Really enjoyed learning all the different stretches and poses during the session. I’ve also learn more about yoga as well since I’m a newbie. Some parts are also stretched and a bit more flexible than before doing it. Overall, it has been great and nice knowing the participants as well. Only issue might be the location as it’s quite a distance away from the MRT. If there’s ever a more centralised location that is more convenient, then that would be better. Cheers!
