Actually when I watch the old Ch 8 shows now like Price Of Peace, Christopher Lee's performance suddenly seem very superficial and one dimensional but he still managed to win Best Actor. 

 

I actually think nowadays the standard of acting required is higher compared to last time cos audience have higher expectations now.

I'm starting to compare HK, Korea and Taiwan artists.  Their acting so much better. 

 

Sad to say that Mediacorp shows really lose out. 

 

The Mediacorp awards are worthless compare to Golden Horse award. That's my personal opinion.

Elvin is from NUS, can go work what he has studied. But if he really go outside work in private company, confirmed he would not able to afford the house he has currently. Even his salary is $7-8k per month as a manager also cannot buy landed.
