I just checked the Running Dept and Urban Milers - it seems they are pretty 'long-distance', by my standards. Do you know of any other similar running clubs which run short distances (eg 2.4km) or jog slowly?

There is a run group organised by someone from BW, which is also 5-10km distance. I’m unaware of other leisure run group that does 2.4km. Do you know of any other similar running clubs which run short distances (eg 2.4km) or jog slowly? Expand Just run on your own first if you are worried about the pace and distance. It’s less stressful and enjoyable. When you run in groups, esp new to them, you would tend to wanna catch up with their pace and feel anxious about it. If you already have some base then maybe better. Just sharing my own experience. eminent82 and AgentFit
