I frequently fly to Singapore and every time I'm here, I always visit a sauna (CC or Keybox). 

 

I hope Keybox grants membership to tourists (for those who want to avail) so we don't need to pay 22 USD per visit.

Called them up to ask if the steam room is working and all I got is a rude "Yah!" and that staff hang up on me. 

Is this service tolerable? I did not ask him a rocket science question to deserve such an attitude, let alone thinking of paying money to patron & get treated like that.

This isn't about paying money to patron Keybox or other people ignore or do not care at all as their main thing to go there is about SEX. Agree. But hey, you work in a reception/customer service relation, and somehow you represent the name of the sauna. Why can't we just be nice and stop giving sour face. Last night the music is on till morning, honestly I think the music should be turn off after midnight . Or play some smooth music instead of such loud music.

No pre-warning of the sauna will closed soon. Simply suddenly turn on the light. Very shit attitude.

Also, when get blanket, he wants us to pay on the spot, where as other receptionist allow us to pay in the morning when we leave.

Also, they should reduce the aircon fan speed in the dark room big bed area. The fan feed is so high that we not able to sleep there.

Went keybox yesterday , renovation pretty much up . Locker system is like shogun now . Dual lock system and the maze has change. Every private room has new lights design and all I can say keybox is improving and listening to what the guest wants . Very impressed ! Even the gym has been rearrange to have more space and the jacuzzi has a new window where u can view from the pantry area what's going on there ! Kudos Keybox ! Keep it up !
