If you tell them you forgot to bring your card at the counter, usually they will ask for your personal information that you first gave when you registered with them.. like your name, email address or your handphone number.

 

Previously at their old location near Lavender.. they will charge you $2 for not bringing your membership card.. But now I'm not too sure, that's why I suggest you call them to check :

 

1) How much for replacement card?

 

2) Is there any extra fee charge if forgotten to bring card?

Yeah, oddly full of old folks.

Is very common that why at times i bring my own small towel incase it got switch by other guys towel. Especially after fun session also beware of your undies don't once you forget less a min gone.
