I have no idea what are the guidelines or if there are any restrictions imposed here for operating a gay sauna but I would imagine that they are the same ones for spas and straight saunas. I think we are very fortunate that gay saunas are given permission to operate in SG. There are probably some rules but like everything in SG - it keeps everything running, in order , legal and most importantly safe. Slightly less freedom is a small price to pay in that regard. I went to KB for the first time last week, and it was 2 nights in a row. I wasn't planning the second night, but was persuaded to go and it was walking distance from where I am staying. I want to share some of my personal experiences there, and some thoughts.

Yes, zombies will always be there no matter the timing but at least the new guy experience won't be so bad if he is picked up by a more respectful individual (or at least, the chances are much higher).

Made my virgin trip there yesterday evening. Was nervous and eventually relaxed after chatting with another guy whom I met when we arrived at the same time. You just basically walk around waiting to be hooked or proactively seeking hotties. Otherwise people standing all around the area waiting for happenings. Was a good experience overall.

I sat on the outer edge of the upper deck to get sucked by guys passing by that i like. it's very open and visible though, u have to enjoy being seen to do this.

I was in KB yesterday.. there were many people around as there was a FREE ANONYMOUS HIV test going on from 5-8pm.

 

Usually on a Friday evening, it won't be so crowded, but last night was considered quite crowded with many new faces.

 

Even after 10ish nearing 11pm plus, there were still quite a number of people around. 😊😄😊😄😄
