Everyone quickly got changed and left KB, no one seems to be detained or anything like that, staff just helped us exit. Overheard someone, probably police, say something like "do you want to collect statement" or something like that to someone else. Other than that, I don't know what's going on.

Ever since the Singapore government officially repealed Section 377A of the Penal Code back on November 29, 2022.. there's hardly any police routine check in Keybox.

 

Before that, there has always been random police routine check in Keybox and other gay saunas as well.

 

Previously, during a few police routine checks in Kb, I happened to be around and usually they will just check IC and go off after around 15 minutes.

 

Their random routine checks are usually just to make sure no underage boys or drugs in the premises and to ensure everything is in order.

Yes precisely, they have to exit from their rooms and dark maze in the nude once all the lights are on inside the dark area.

Btw, I just checked with the source itself.. The police arrived in Kb last night at around 10pm plus.

 

As usual, they left the premises around 10 to 15 minutes after completing their routine check.
