Shogun is a place for seniors however I would suggest to just let them be and be tolerant. Any form of discrimination be it age, race, nationality is not nice. We will not be young forever and we will be in that person’s shoes some day. 

Usually when I see really elderly ones in the sauna I do think of their safety especially in the wet areas and even steam room. But they have every right to be there, Btw, KB is already charging higher entry rate  based on age group. It is already age discrimination. Seniors usually enjoy discounts for everywhere else but not in the sauna.

Fyi Hutong is charging HKD888 (SGD145) for those above 50. The way I interpret is that Hutong doesn't want patrons above 50.

Haven't been to KB for the past one year or so. But based on the comments I

see here seems like KB is now too crowded. Wonder has the boss considered expanding the place. If possible it would be nice for KB to operate on 2 levels like the previous One Seven.

 

Or perhaps the boss can consider setting up another sauna. Singapore currently has only 3 saunas. There used to be more in the past.

KB certainly isn't crowded

 

I believe on weekdays and Sundays, there's more than enough space for everyone 

 

So there really isn't a need to open another venue, because honestly, with today's rental situation it's not feasible

 

And SG is not a BKK where people come here 5x a year to party and get laid 

 

Appreciate the boss for doing a great job in running the place and offering a decent space for people to play

 

Just hope they can find ways to spice up the themed nights

 

Re my suggestion on age cap is only applicable on selected sat nights, perhaps even just 2 a month

 

Seniors and the elderly can continue to enjoy $10/$12/$15 visits on the other 28 days

Sounds like Japan Hattenba. Most restrict age till 39. Other than that you must not be feminine, must have muscle and no tummy.
