Anyway, it wasn't pleasant for me coz, maybe it's just coincidence, on that day, labor day, -- showers ran out of water. It was very inconvenient that the staff had to take water from jacuzzi area to flush toilet bowls. I saw youngsters hang out at dry sauna and steam room (which work fine) but eventually they had to just wipe their bodies with towel without taking shower. It was very crowded that time (whole evening til around 1-2am next day. I ask for a private room so I could sleep properly but all are occupied. I was able to sleep at the cinema after waiting for hours to have a vacant slot. Apparently, a lot of going there for foot massage and most seats are occupied. So there was one Friday night that I went and exactly same no more spot in the cinema room and I waited awhile to eventually get a spoiled seat chair that is fully reclined and dont even have blanket or any pillow, sad face I woke up super cold and backpain.. Just went on friday night. the steam room likely is spoilt and remains at 32 degree also doesnt feel like it at all and there is no steam. Sauna was okay but feels more like 38 degree C than actual 48 degree C as written on the machine. The cinema hall foor tiles starts to pop out and one aircon was heavily leaking water in the earning morning... Everytime I go I ends up half regret because Gspa allows up to 24hrs stay while most spa just straight up dont welcome you to sleep over unless overpriced. Now need HP to scan to order food at eating area, no longer has menu on table. I agree it has a better ambience for eating, but changing and wet pool area still the same. Resting lounge, cinema and massage room also no change. Note that they currently have Annivesary promotion. Now got 10 passes for around $500, but only max of 6hrs per visit. For those that like to go there soak and have lunch or dinner, think it's quite worth it. Quote
