Questions about GSpa

I will be visiting Singapore end of May.  Is GSpa worth going to?  Does anyone know the difference between Grand Shanghai Rub vs scrub?  They are both listed as add on services, but can I just book them without a massage.  Are guys usually go naked in the wet area?  I saw notice about disposable shorts on their website.

Will also plan to visit Ten Men Club.

Was looking forward to trying this place but found out it's mandatory to wear swimwear, which makes sense because it's a mixed gender facility. A truly nude mixed gender sauna like in Nordic countries will probably never happen in Singapore. The place looks nice from the photos, but if it's a mixed gender facility with compulsory swimwear use, then it's like a fancier public pool.
