So I was in AEON MALL Bandaraya Melaka, and went to the toilet on the ground floor next to the door behind the AEON food court - made eye contact with a guy on my way in by chance, next minute he's next to me at the urinal with his dick out - semi hard. Nothing happen lah, as I was genuinely busting to pee and was with friends. So I guess it is cruisy there?? Or could be random.

Jaim, local authorities raid alleged ‘gay-friendly’ hotel in Melaka

The hotel has been ordered to close for a day while its owner explains matters to the Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council.

Religious affairs executive councillor Rahmad Mariman said MPHTJ seized the hotel’s business licence to facilitate further investigations, as the owner of the premises was not present during the operation. (Bernama pic)

That thing with the two towels and condoms in a rubbish bin, was the best.

Straight couples don't use condoms is it? Oops I meant with straight couples exclusive of non married Muslim couples...

the hotel mentioned also "family friendly" in the ads... LOL

Quote:

"Religious affairs executive councillor Rahmad Mariman said the inspection of 37 rooms in the hotel uncovered no breaches of the Syariah Criminal Offences (State of Malacca) Enactment 1991.

“Inspection of an unlocked room, however, found it in disarray, as if the room had just been used, with two towels hung up and two boxes of condoms in a rubbish bin,” Bernama reported him as saying."

Are they going to investigate what is was about with the two towels and the condoms in the rubbish bin? 😂

Malaysia really starts to get ridiculous when people on social media jump to certain things and when certain religious "social media influencers" start "tipping off" the police. On that "influencer" who seems more a troublemaker to me I won't comment further.

To the owners of the Hotel I would recommend to sue the authorities on damages caused by the "raid" and closure.

Just wonder whether some tourists who booked the hotel had to search for a replacement hotel due to the authority's actions.

Some associations and SME representations are already alarming the authorities on the impact of such actions.

SME group slams raid, closure of Melaka hotel

FMT, 14 January 2026

The Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Malaysia (Samenta) today slammed the raid and closure of an allegedly “gay-friendly” hotel in Melaka.

Samenta president William Ng expressed concern over the seizure of the hotel’s business licence and its one-day closure despite the authorities finding no breach of the Syariah Criminal Offences (State of Malacca) Enactment 1991.

Ng said the approach of taking enforcement action first based on viral claims on social media and justifying it later was disturbing and could harm businesses.

“With the government’s ambitious target of 47 million visitors for Visit Malaysia 2026, the hospitality and SME sectors are expected to be the primary engines of growth.

“However, this growth is predicated on business certainty and the rule of law. When administrative power is used to penalise businesses based on sentiment rather than established law, it creates an environment of unpredictability that drives away both local and foreign investors and visitors.

“We call upon the local authorities to return the hotel’s business licence immediately and allow the hotel to resume operations while the investigation continues,” he said in a statement.

Yesterday, the Melaka Islamic religious affairs department (Jaim) and the Hang Tuah Jaya Municipal Council raided the hotel over claims that it was “gay-friendly”, but found no breach of state shariah enactments.
