If you have never been, being nervous is understandable.  Just got to overcome that and go in if you want to experience it.

The usual procedure is  pay->go to locker-> undress and wrap towel around the waist-> shower -> explore (dry sauna/ steam room/ jacuzzi/ pool/ maze/ dark room/ gym)

There are no rules saying you have to do anything in there. You can just sit in the pool and people watch.

One thing to watch out for if you are shy shy is NOT to go during the nude theme times.

 

It is definitely possible to make friends inside.  Not everyone goes in there, fuck, cum and leaves.  Some people treat it as a place to wind down/ relax with the added possibility of fun. Go in with the right attitude and you may be pleasantly surprised

I don't know what you mean by "leftover".

 

Many gay sauna patrons are decent people who want to have some anonymous sex here and there.    It helps to tell you this when YOU are in one of these saunas.  "I am one of them, ha ha!".   Same with being in a gay bar:  "I am one of them".   And hopefully you have plenty of self-esteem to confirm the "decent people".
