I was at Paradigm Mall over the weekend and had a very eye opening session with a slim small sized male therapist. From his voice he sounded Thai, but knew English as well.

It’s a family spa. Most of the people inside are dressed even at the wet area. Massage is done in a room and yes can ask for male therapist but I went twice nothing happening. Food is quite good imo though.
