I was there more than a year ago. It’s a place more for mature uncles. Mostly Korean. I went a few times and never met any foreigner there before. Think the crowd is bit like Daesong or Baek Sang. There is no jacuzzi or sauna facilities in this place.  
Sometimes got some young cuties there too.
Yes. it’s foreigner friendly and most are really to play. Very easy to find action. 
Got some small cubicles and 2 bigger dorm to sleep. The dorms are very dark.
The counter guy/boss is a cute bespectacled guy. Very friendly.

I think it would be quite cold to workout nude in gym. Maybe you can try during summer time. Dont think they would mind even if u walk around naked outside the pool area. 
There are massage areas inside. The therapists are all ladies. I saw a very handsome Korean guy walk in for massage. Must be str.  Wasted. lol. 
When I am there ard late night, there are lots of actions inside the small dorms.

No different to any saunas

Except you need to take off your clothes or at least pull your pants down first.

One down/up side is that clothes can hide the excess fats

Arrived BS about 6pm.

Pay first ( i think it was 12000W). The lady did ask if it is sauna or stay. So I just said sauna. I did not receive the t shirt and shorts. Then she allocates you a key. This is for your shoe locker.

After that you change the shoe locker key for the clothes locker key from the man stationed at the entrance. 

 

It's an old place. Very few people and mostly unattractive. Not sure whether they're even gay. The only place with any action is the bunk bed area.  There's is a warning notice about sexual activity and police blah blah...   

 

Not recommended. 

 

Oban is much much better. 12000W but I think it goes up after a certain time (?9pm).  So you go downstairs from the street.  Pay the fee and you get given 3 small towels. Then proceed to pick a shoe locker. Same key is used for the clothes locker.  Odd number for upper level locker. 

 

Arrived about 4pm. Decent crowd with new people arriving all through my 3.5 hour stay. Initially older then became younger later. I enjoyed this place a lot. 

 

There's action in the steam room.  There's also action in the two dark rooms as well as the low ceilinged upstairs area. All activities are in the open. There are no private rooms. This place I did not come across people using phone flashlight.  

I feel the crowd pretty wild. I witnessed a fair bit of group sex. Not a place to be shy.
