Hobby as show in the pic ,I prefer Jade and wood( good smell,carving, bracelet......). Today, its website emphasized that the common pool requires swimwear. I'm glad I experienced the original environment on two occasions, some years ago. Sad that it is gone. The change is a bit surprising, given the more open culture in Taiwan. Soi 13 price had increase long ago,you can review from this forum.I don't think so it worth the price,now days I try Hans ,some said XL also can try,or try hostel like Hoya(miniiin) ,singleinn or some hostel at ximendi,or cruising place like mrt toilet, shopping center, garden, swimming pool, Taichung Mars or Tainan greenhouse....... It's more like Gspa style spa, many uncles and middle aged guys.. but got a few young guys also (saw a group of young koreans and japanese). The wet area is all nude so can see everything. The place is old but very well kept clean and tidy. They have big resting lounge area with one area there is a movie playing straight porn hahah.. went there twice during my taipei visit, since also during that time it was mostly raining becuase of the typhoon. They were just relaxed chatting everything in the world, nude but just soaking their legs in the warm water. I envied their relaxed culture and wished we were more like them instead of becoming more and more restrictive, like changing rooms also need to have shower cubicles with doors. I think it is a matter of getting used to, from young. Nude should be normal, not weird. But 皇池 is now unexpectedly changed to mixed gender pools. At 0:12-0:15, could quite clearly see the sign on top as "美人汤温泉", an old place that WuLai66 was supposedly taking over, so the news should be referring to WuLai66, as there was undone renovation as a hot spring in the video itself. For those who don't understand Chinese, in summary - the landlord did not have the 'land title' fully transferred and started to advertise for rental (for hot spring), and a 'hot spring owner' (rumoured to be WuLai66) paid NT$100000 for deposit to start renovating. When the 'hot spring owner' asked for a contract, the landlord couldn't produce one as the transfer was not complete, hence the 'hot spring owner' asked for a refund of the deposit but received back only NT$92000, and decided to go on a court case... Right now, I'm guessing (unconfirmed eh) that WuLai66 either decided to stop opening one completely, or have to find another new location to open (and start renovation all over)... You are most likely will not get any action if you are out of shape or do not look good. I would recommend XL club for most as the crowd there are pretty accommodating. Race do play a part as most Taiwanese prefer Chinese looking. Btm competition there is fierce, if you are a hot top most likely you will get non stop action 😄.
