There's only one "gay" one there altho from outside cant tell. Recpetions were 2 aunties, they have resturant and hotel but once inside onsen area. All hell break loose. Basically you want orgy everywhere thats the place to go. Boys fucking in pools, in toilet, at locker room etc. But one cavier, u must be young and hot else no one will bother with you cos thats the kind of crowd there.

Just a quick update on WuLai66 (from my previous post above) - there was a new location mentioned, relatively far as compared to their old location at 'WuLai Old Street'.

 

Apparently, they are taking over the previous '乌来美人汤', which is permanently closed now. Someone also uploaded the walking duration (about 15 minutes) from the bus terminal station. However, WuLai66 is not opened yet eh, still renovating, haha.

Back from Taiwan 12 days trip.my Hobby trip ofcause have some fun there like Adam ,Han,and singleinn taipei.stay at Leisure hotel and Ease esport inn hostel in Taichung .non fun but I like this Ease H bathroom,got a window bath with a good view,but not sure can anyone see from outside 😜.

Hobby as show in the pic ,I prefer Jade and wood( good smell,carving, bracelet......). Taichung I visit tianmu city( 天目城）need to take bus. 公园玉市（Jade market) just beside Taichung garden,walking distance from Taichung bus interchange.Visited Adam sauna feel like this place are really too old but still have some fun there get suck few trip ,last cum inside a guy from hong Kong at the massage chair when lm enjoying the massage.Back to Taipei at Sunday stay in singleinn all the way have fun twice with 2 young really enjoy with them at the hot pool boy I prefer most and the other guy was at the share bathroom .next is Han sauna also found 2 guy to have fun there.🥰.but this trip I found that Han quite smelly,maybe because of the carpet too long didn't clean.always thinking of visiting 228 garden but always give up don't know why.Hobby at Taipei I visit Jade market (建国玉市）,sanzhong Flea market( 三重跳蚤市场），三峡老街（ san xia old street). My regular seller house to buy some wood.I went to wulai old street,that is just a short street and wulai 66 are still closed,ya actually should met typhoon at Taichung at first Saturday,but I wait until late night just raining no strong wind,but I met earthquake at the first night when I having my beer at the hall of singleinn,not much just shake for a while,ofcause need to visit ximendi for a drink (G2) can met friends there.this trip I almost missed the flight cause I remember wrong day I thought my return day was Monday,but actually is Saturday,lucky I check on Friday morning.😅.

Some months ago, 皇池 announced its farewell to its gender segregated common pools.  The announcement has been removed.
Today, its website emphasized that the common pool requires swimwear.  Quote from website below.

“Facilities:  The public swimsuit pool provided by Royal Pool is a hot spring facility suitable for both men and women, featuring a hot spring pool, SPA pool, cold pool, and relaxation areas, allowing guests to enjoy soaking in a comfortable and spacious environment.   ..."

I'm glad I experienced the original environment on two occasions, some years ago.  Sad that it is gone. The change is a bit surprising, given the more open culture in Taiwan.

Review of my recent visit to soi 13:

Entry price - pretty surprised they increased the entry to 1000, seems too pricey, but my bad for not checking first before going

Environment - too hot and stuffy for summer with weak ac, lingering sweaty musky smell

Facilities - in need of some refresh/repair, towels were too worn out, mattresses in rooms were torn and in need of replacement

Crowd - was expecting a light crowd on a thurs evening but there was still a constant flow of fresh faces, good proportion of lean/fit guys

 

Overall still had a good time there, but might explore other options the next round considering the entry price and declining facilities. Can the others share your experience if you felt the same too?

Soi 13 price had increase long ago,you can review from this forum.I don't think so it worth the price,now days I try Hans ,some said XL also can try,or try hostel like Hoya(miniiin) ,singleinn or some hostel at ximendi,or cruising place like mrt toilet, shopping center, garden, swimming pool, Taichung Mars or Tainan greenhouse.......

Few weeks back i was in taipei. I think it was a sunday night and went to commander D. As i was approaching i saw many police at the bar entrance. Some patrons were also outside wondering what happened.. didnt dare try to wait there so i went to red house and had a few drinks instead.

Next time can try XL Club. Mainly younger fit crowd. Peak hours entry price only TWD200. Cheaper than our KB:)

During my taipei trip a few weeks back, i went to this health plaza call Tian Long Sauna. It's more like Gspa style spa, many uncles and middle aged guys.. but got a few young guys also (saw a group of young koreans and japanese). The wet area is all nude so can see everything. The place is old but very well kept clean and tidy. They have big resting lounge area with one area there is a movie playing straight porn hahah.. went there twice during my taipei visit, since also during that time it was mostly raining becuase of the typhoon.

Just want to share that people in the original context of 皇池 were very relaxed to "seeing friends naked". The facility did not provide free towels and people left their own bath towels in the locker. So, all the people were nude without towel. The only options during the visit were either to stay in the pool or out of the water. I only wore my spectacles. I recall one scene where two young guys sat for a long time at the edge of a pool I was in. They were just relaxed chatting everything in the world, nude but just soaking their legs in the warm water. 
I envied their relaxed culture and wished we were more like them instead of becoming more and more restrictive, like changing rooms also need to have shower cubicles with doors.  I think it is a matter of getting used to, from young.  Nude should be normal, not weird.

But 皇池 is now unexpectedly changed to mixed gender pools.  I guess it is due to external factors and not due to people who love the original facility.

as far as i know, 皇池 always had 3 outlets.

outlet 1 and 3 were nude

outlet 2 swimwear mixed gender

the most popular one was outlet 1, which has closed.

now only outlet 2 (swimwear), and outlet 3 (nude)
