At least you hatched something decent from a 10k egg, I always hatch not as good ones. Just hatched an Aero @ 73% IV nia. Don't understand how some people can hatch like 3 Snorlax and 2 Lapras when they only got 6 10k eggs.

 

Anyways Chansey really random, though in one of my previous post I noticed she appeared a few times same spot at Big Splash.

Hehe, wait for the map makers to circumvent this recent patch bah! Dragonite still can farm. Maybe have to camp at those hotpot lure locations and hope for these rare ones. Prolly Sembawang or CV?

 

There use to be these pranksters who points/runs and shouts Snorlax or Lapras to fool masses of people to run along. With maps people can verify, no more maps these pranksters will be back in business.

I think I'll just hang out at mbs or cv these few days since blind. At least these 2 spots have good range of Pokemon from lures and even spawn.

Passed thru MBS this afternoon. At Helix Bridge gym were 3 Dragonites from 2700s to over 3000! Looked at it and wanted to try, but too xian. Then pokeballed abit and yes, there was a wild gyarados! So if blind, I believe MBS is a good option...

 

Away from MBS, my last few eggs were (2km: mid-level IV Pidgies) and (5km: a high-level IV Magnemite). I think luck at MBS is higher lol

Picked up 3 10km eggs along Jalan Bahar/Lim Chu Kang area yesterday, on the way to the cattery with my friends.  Few pokestops, but the stops are very generous.  10km egg, MaxRevive, 1-2 MaxPotions, 2-3 Ultraballs, 1-2 berries, from each of the stops I managed to spin.  The biggest plus was adopting an Aerodactyl just outside SPCA (cost - 1 greatball + 1 berry).  Always Adopt, Don't Shop.  Hahahaha!

i did.. at least 5 ultra balls and 1x berry, but it still ran off! and some more it is 1.8k cp

1 x berry is not enough. You need a berry for each ball throw haha

Serious?! I was keeping various evolves for double points during Lucky Egg... (sigh)

@Cube3 I honestly think that it doesn't award you Exp until you have it caught. So this only counts to your seen counter. Like when you encounter a new Pokemon in the wild but it escapes when you try to catch it. The pokedex entry is only updated with Pokemon picture but not other details. Probably.

Seen only not caught, it'll still be a shadow and not the number, so the double points should still be valid.

All map apps are not working at the moment because niantic forced the API to update to the latest version so the coders may be hard at work reverse engineering the codes again. Might take a week or more. Just enjoy the game blind for now.

Poke Radar - This is one of the worst, more fake sightings than real as users can submit, jokers keep submitting rare ones appearing repeated one after another. Downloaded the app before and it'll spam you with multiple ads consecutively rendering the app useless, even paid users got really pissed off. Highly not recommended.

Got burned by poke radar before. I'm on Android so no go radar app and their web interface has reached some Google map request limit therefore no good there either. Silphroad is more of user submissions so it's not time sensitive.

 

Just been catching anything and everything these blind days. Less running around also. I miss the purposeful running around.

Did mass high-IV evolving last night with Lucky Egg, and almost all turned out with non-optimal movesets Now, end up with high IV Tentacruel, Pigeots, Fearow, Raticates, Muk, Arcanine, Victribell etc. all with lousy movesets! Only one turned out well: Primeape with Low Kick and Cross Chop.

Damn sian, playing less oreidi mons caught are 99% tier 3 & 4, more 4, all transfer for candy. Even hatched eggs are all lower tier 2.

Went for walk to hatch eggs @ ECP, manage to farm 5 Clefairy and 5 Omanyte. Suddenly Lapras appear on sightings behind 5 other mons, but dunno which direction and how far, look around nobody was catching mons, so just kept walking. Heng after a while it popped up, but Pes C 100+CP nia.

I see I see! Mine flips so fast that only once in awhile, an instinct lv 10 gym appears. Further down the road are mostly dominated by lv 10 mystic gyms so i have quite limited area to play around

The fairies are hanging around the chalet area zone D, I caught most of 'em around the pokestops nearer the highway rather than the beach side, have to walk one big round from former to latter.

How's everyone pogo? Been out of touch for a few weeks and heard about the poke map issue.. Was in NZ and nobody gives a damn about pogo lol. The hype is so much more intense in Sg. Anyone heard about bubble strat? Heard from friend but not sure how it works.

With the latest update, bubblestrat might not be the most efficient way to level up a friendly gym since you can bring 6 pokemons to battle instead of 1. But you can still adopt bubblestrat, just more troublesome since you have to select your chosen fighting Pokemon and 5 other with lower CP.

 

Latest version apk is out for any Android early adopters. New medals screen below.
