I had never heard of this characteristic of soy you mentioned.  So I did a little research...

There is little evidence that soy affects masculinity.

There is no consensus and little evidence of hormones affecting sexual orientation.

And sperm concentrations are not dependent on sexual orientation.

 

There are gays in societies that never consume soy.  I am one of them.  And I am gay even if my testosterone levels are normal.

Soy is not the only food that lowers testosterone.  So are the dairy products.

 

But if this is your belief, this is fine.  There are many other good foods besides soy. We all have some beliefs that may be unfounded.
