Anyway I was wondering if anyone else shares my taste, namely I find guys who have a 'serious', 'stern' or 'fierce' face particularly sexy. Like their neutral expression tends towards a slight frown or scowl. Some examples: In this day and age when you can find tumblrs that cater to every taste, I actually haven't found one dedicated to this yet, and it's surprisingly not common to find such photos, more often than not the guys are smiling (or making funny faces). I mean, sure, a cute smile melts my heart too …but a hot frown really gets my pulse racing! Anyone else has the same preference? Any pics to share? == P.S. "Ah Beng" is like a stereotyped character, to look "Beng" you need to be Chinese and have certain mannerisms, way of speaking, hairstyle (and hair color) and way of dressing – and yes the type of look that people are afraid if they stare at you you will stare back and retort, "Kua simi!". But you don't need to have all those characteristics to look "stern"; even twinkish or effeminate guys can look fierce. And I don't think most guys look stern when they don't smile; most just look neutral. To qualify you need to have a face that makes people afraid to approach you. Quote

I'm sure you're right about models being directed to make a frowning face, so yes that would apply to posed photographs. But I disagree about the fierce face being mostly found on straight men and laborers. I've seen many good examples in real life, at the gym, at saunas, people I've met, etc. Quote

If stern/fierce look means they are unapproachable, they also appreciate friends much better since it's hard to find friends they can trust. And also because they can't communicate with their facial expressions that well, they tend to express through actions. I met a fierce looking guy once, but he was opposite to how he looked.
